Warframe:
Warframe is a cooperative free-to-play online action game set in an evolving sci-fi world. Join your friends in player-vs-enemy raids across the solar system and master the power of the Warframes. Stand alone or fight together against enemies that threaten your world.

@@darketoile2215 it is and i know i’m late but there are exceptions, abilities that need a augment to buff damage, for instance shock trooper or smite infusion still work.

If you wanted to make this WAY more broken, you could use the Ripkas and Amalgam Ripkas True Steel, with the unique stat of making every single slain enemy (killed with the Ripkas or not) separate into pieces, which count as separate corpses
1) Arbitration drones immune to all abilities and explode on death leaving no corpses.
2) Petrified enemies can't be sliced into additional parts (even with Amalgam Ripkas True Steel), however still increase the drop chance from Desecrate (but without Arbitration +300% str, base 25% is nothing).

One day, De gonna realise that Helminth system is too op and they try to Nerf it but failed and have to remove it from the game.
That would be a very stupid decision from them, the Helminth system is one of the best things added in Warframe.
I waited long ago to build up a warframe with different power that was unattainable before x(

I was literally looking for a Nekros build to amp him up
So for context to anyone who thinks this will benefit nekros' desecrate. When you kill an enemy affected by petrify, the death animation does not act like the death animation from cold damage. This means you only really get 2 chances to get additional loot not 1 from death and 2 or more from desecrate regardless of what weapon you use.
You wont get any kind of benefit out of using ore gaze other than maybe a 50% chance to loot on death and a 54% chance to loot the body once they die.
Its either a bug atm or not working as intended since petrify is meant to cause the same death animation like cold. A better alternative for farming purposes is icy wave. Kills low lvld enemies easily which does cause the shatter death animation leading to more chances to desecrate and benefits co and terrify builds
Other alternatives:
Glaxion vandal, ripkas with its amalgam mod
@@MKL874 ye those too. I suggestdd icy wave fer ppl that wanted to swap out soul punch. Some other benefits that icy wave has tho is 1) it doesnt need line of sight. You can cast it and hit targets behind walls 2) the 25% dmg vulnerability stacks with terrifys armor strip and the slow cancels out the targets running away better than the terrify augment(75% slow vs 60% at base). 3) even on high lvld maps, the cold death animation can still trigger depending on the roll or if you have a weapon with high cold dmg. This lets ppl who either dnt like ripkas or melee to use any weapon they like.

fun fact, ore gaze can pass 100% extra loot chance if you can reach more than 400% power strength. i wonder if it was a limit
i think right now...if you do a full power build you can get like 82% drop rate with ore gaze but if you get the arbitration buff you can make this to 100% really easy
@@MrWarframeGuy oh i was doing steel essence farm with a nidus to test this + empower + meme donation and it went to 172% drop chance, it's possible in normal mission, you just need friends to help ya
