I love Africa. As a Black Man born in America, I immediately felt at home and felt better. After about 3 weeks, I swear it was like I was ageing in reverse. I looked younger than I did when I first arrived. I must have looked really younger because when it was time to return home as I was coming through customs the agent looked at me, then looked at my passport, then looked at me again and again looked at my passport. It made me laugh, I was like yeah it's me. Lol
Gathering rain for future use is a really good idea. The world would be a better place if we all adopted these kind of methods to stop waste. Thanks for sharing this 💜💜💜💜

I wanted to give you an extra hint for self-sufficiency, explore the Warka technology , you could gather water from the atmosphere when there is no rain.... and you are wise by keeping your trees and family crops, trees and toots make the water remain in the land and extend it's humidity.

The land looks so dry no water can permeate into the soil you should do the zai technique and dig holes and bunds to stop water runoff, so that vegetation can return and groundwater is increased. Plus suitable trees planted. When we cut all the trees the blessings of rain is also diminished.
It is beautiful where you are in nature. God's creation is truly a blessing.
