Do you know how much of the posterior scapula is visible on mri when you do the planning. Like where is the cutoff landmark?

Please advise whether below MRI report is treatable without surgery? Injection?
Partial tear or sprain of supraspinatus just before insertion
Minimal gleno hum and ac cl joint effusion
Minimal sub a, sub Cora, sub delt bursal collection
Partial tear/sprain of inferior Glen hum ligament with effusion in vicinity.
