no yuumi is even worse or better that depends on the perspective. she gives 15% + 10% per 100 ap so on her E and do not forget shurelya that item.

Hey man! Love the content. So do you usually use ignite over tp most of the time? Or does that depend on the enemy team/top?
it's a tp meta at the time, even jungler and mid sometimes use it because it's good for so many reasons, split pushing, keeping objective pressure and early botlane ganks, all 3 are things that can win you the game on their own, ignite is just if you relatively sure you can dominate top and make it 4v5 in midgame.. also if you try to scale like a monster
Ignite is good against champs who have lots of healing, but generally teleport is gonna be your best bet, especially if you fall behind

I think elixir of iron also gives ms, maybe just for teammates, either way the extra tenacity helps with slows.

I use comcast since its the only ISP in my area. I get 50 ping usually and spike to as much as 500. I have the highest package they offer. I would rather play on constant 150 - 200 ping over 50 with random spikes it makes the game unplayable.
