Hey Ben, looking good mate. Give the light watering a go before you cut the green, it’ll just lay the sand so you don’t pick up. I do it all the time, always have, even when I use a rotary after topdress - no sand/soil pickup at all. Cheers

Ben looking good has really come along. We use fertech kelpro on our sporting fields they have some good products.
Mate can you approach council and see if you can do a few different grasses across the road there like buffalo,kikuyu, and some other regular lawns that us common non freaky grass dudes use so we can learn from your videos on how to keep them for pets running on them and kids etc ........ you’ll still be working from home just diversifying your nerdish freaky grass knowLedge to help us broader older greyer fatter dads 🤘

It's easy to find him if you keep an eye on the landmarks in the background, his snow video especially showed me exactly where it is - only a few streets from me, love checking out the lawn on my drive home from work haha

I used to hate when I bought river sand instead of bunker sand by mistake, then had to go and pick up all the larger micron rocks out..

Everything is looking amazing mate! What do your neighbours think of the putting green? I notice that the green is mostly over on their boundary, next to their driveway/bball ring. I assume they are pretty cruisy about it all.
I have new Tiftuf too. Only a month old but already looks amazing. Quite lumpy in places though so I'm looking to top dress. Question though, you aren't levelling out the sand after you lay it. Why is that?
God your TifTuf is looking a nice green. I used your special mix last week to help recover from my top dress from a fortnight ago. Should I go a round 2 and 3 in the next few weeks? I also want it to fill in before winter 😂

Hi Ben, what aperture are you setting on your video camera? The back ground in the back yard sequence is quite blurred in this clip. Maybe try a couple stops higher.
I've just forgotten to switch it from 2.8 back to 6. Happens when you are changing it constantly 👍🏼

Why is the sand applied? It appears as though the lawns surface is already level... someone enlighten me.
It’s a little uneven still. Since I’m cutting so low it shows up a little more. Wouldn’t be an issue if I was mowing taller.
