It´s traditional moravian dialect. But I also think, that the singer accidently mixed more dialects together. Also it´s quite typical, that one melody has more texts or arranges, bcs it´s folk music.

Acording to soft L´ he used it´s very likely. Also the song comes from Moravské slovácko which is Horňácko part of.
