Crumbs what’s happened to Acharavi. Can’t believe how quite it is when it looks such a nice place. Great to see you and family looking so well and happy, Yamas!
I think mostly eastern block visitors and loads of French, all no money and all inclusive, thanks for watching Gatsby , Keep sake. Al Hi Paul, same reply to you plus one supermarket in Acharavi is extractring the urine, mostly businesses are struggling. Al.
As always, young Alan, the film is appreciated. A no nonsense look, at village life....I always did like Acharavi, but what has happened to Acharavi?!? Maybe with the loss of the only bank outside Corfu Town etc.... Looks like a ghost town, at night .Has the village outpriced itself?!?
Hi cofu al ..we’ve just came back from Corfu after staying In Sidari..unfortunately my phone packed up and was unable to contact youreself to meet ya ..but good news we’re going back to star at acharavi in 4 weeks next to Harry’s bar ..be great to meet ya as we did go down to Oscar in roda to try and see ya !)) better luck next time we hope ..Johnny
Hi Johny Sorry for the delay Your comment only just came in. I am usually at Oscars between 11 am and 1.30 pm you can always ring Oscars and ask if I am there. Vangelis will always help. See the Oscars website for contact details.Good luck. Al
We're not in the 1980's anymore, pine furniture and a TV the size of a safe are a thing of the past - traditional Greek accommodation is boring. How are you going to attract new people? With the current clientele of saggy British and German folk, from the AirTours heyday's which are all on the verge of deaths door.
@@psarras01 yeah, the decor is warnout, television is small but the biggest problem is STILL the rockhard matrasses! they cause aginizing backpain... also there is no privacy on your balcony
