A bit of constructive criticism: When making a public emergency broadcast, it should ideally just contain what it most important to the public. All of the fluff about SCP classification works against this, and telling the recipient that they'll be mind-wiped would cause at least one person to want to record/write down the information, which seems counter intuitive from an in-universe standpoint.
You aren’t the person who is making the videos nor have you ever made a video like it so your constructive criticism is invalid just let him do his thing it is obviously working if people are watching

In any case, did EAS World or some other qualified creator TELL you that they don't want constructive criticism by lay members of their audience, or are you also a layperson making uninformed criticism on topics you know little about? Philippines because the USA had control over them from 1898-1946, and that contributes to how the Philippines has one of the largest English speaking populations. Netherlands, Greece, Lebanon, and Japan because they have a significant amount of people that can speak English there to some extent. Lebanon does speak English apart from French and Arabic. French because France ruled over Lebanon from 1920-1946.
