I just was able to go on a trail for the first time yesterday with my new 3.0. I found that it was enough power for me but I did end up in turbo mode for some of the steeper climes.
Top speed was 22km/h. What is the top speed on a normal road?
25 km/h
Wow! What a workout. What is top speed running flat and level?
The motor assistance is software limited up to 25km/h in the EU, after that the motor cuts off and it's all on the rider.

Yes, no issues so far. The motor is a little louder in "Turbo mode" but not that much, it's not annoyingly loud. I am totally happy with this bike, would buy it again :)
