Making The EYE OF AGAMOTTO From Doctor Strange - Bronze Metal Casting Process
Вставка
- Опубліковано 15 вер 2024
- In this video I will be casting the Eye of Agamotto from the Marvel movie Doctor Strange. The Eye of Agamotto is a powerful relic created by Agamotto, the first Sorcerer Supreme, as a containment device for the Time Stone. The Eye was protected by the Masters of the Mystic Arts for generations. I started by 3D printing the the pieces in polycast filament. I made a mold of the parts using investment plaster. I then melted down the bronze and poured the liquid metal into the mold. I finished by sanding, polishing, and using a green piece of glass to use as the time stone. Hey everyone! I hope you’re all having a great week. Todays video was super fun to make and I hope you all enjoy it. Have a great weekend and I’ll see you all in the next one! 👍🏻
I think it would look a little cooler on the shelf if it was hanging by the string. Not that it isn't already cool, it's just a suggestion.
I actually tried that first but it kept falling off
Bruh….. this casting turned out amazing! Perfectly executed.
One of thee most coolest items you've ever made. Home run dude.
For the amount of work placed in this one piece. AMAZING!!!!
Thanks for sharing!! Wonderful work!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💯💯💯💯💯
Thank you 🙏
Great video man. Every Friday I watch Adrock and BigstackD back to back. High fives
Really good! Especially the way the two pieces snapped together .
Always love a bronze or Nordic Gold video and casting. Thanks!
That piece looks great 👏👏
Great Work as Always!! That’s fricking Awesome!!👍
Gorgeous 🤩 definitely 1 of my favorite pieces you've done! Love how it looks like gold & the coins came out perfect too 👍🥇
Awesome piece turned out great thanks for sharing artbyadrock
That turned out really good!
Loved it. That click was more satisfactory than i expected
Thats a very nice piece, Very well done.
Very cool talisman!
I wanna make jewelry again.
Not much metal here right now.
I'll be making pendants again soon!
Rings will take a bit longer.
Thanx Adam!😄
Man that looks awesome, Nice Job
Very nice. Turned out awesome
Awesome piece!
That eye looks spectacular
beautiful piece !!
Very nice.
The color is 👍
That looks great!
Super cool
Nicely done. Really going to have to get some molds one of these days.
Cool !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very cool!
Mate it's been awhile since I've stopped in to watch. Outstanding work on the new molds!
Im in tears🤣🤣. The tune playing in the background is the same as my 2yr old daughters dance mat. She was asleep at the time so i was freakin out wondering were this sound is coming from 🤣
Wow amazing job bro!!! 👍
Amazing Craftsmanship 👍👍
That was an awesome piece! Unfortunatly I believe 303 Casting is no longer around
Really nice job, I love it!
Old fashioned costume jewellery had foil on the back of the jems to reflect the light.....it's a neat project thanks
Never watched that movie...but that's a beautiful piece.
отличный результат мне💓💓💓💓💓 нравится💓💓💓💓💓💓 лайк🙏💕🙏💕🙏💕🙏💕🙏💕🙏💕
Great looking piece!
Looks like the real one💪💪
This came out beautiful, bro. One thing, the stone in the middle is a much darker emerald green… 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Nicely done ... even though I prefer the Eye from the comics over the one from MCU
Very cool looking
awesome job bro :)
Looks amazing
That’s awesome bro. One day I’ll get to do the same type of casting😁
I love seeing memorabilia crafted. Looks greatly formed, and love watching whenever time allows
Buenardoooo!!! 👍
Looks sharp. I would have used clear epoxy to hold the faux gem eye in rather than glue gun stick, because the glue gun stick won't stay clear when it dries like the epoxy would. The epoxy would also hold it into the metal much better.
Those coins came out absolutely perfect mate 👍 It just goes to show that some castings never turn out right first time as I have found out trying to make a Star Trek TNG Communicator last summer and I gave up after the third attempt! but I shall try again this summer. By the way the second casting turned out great mate 👍
John never give up. Every single one of us fails from time to time and thats ok. There has been numerous projects I’ve failed on but I haven’t shown them. I have a few pieces im working on but might need extra time in case I fail because they are very intricate. You’re not alone brotha
@@ArtByAdrock I haven't given up in the sense of given up as such I just run out of the good weather to cast as I cast outside and the Welsh weather doesn't help! going to re try it within the next month or so and put it on my other Channel Made-in-Wales as my first filmed project! 👍
I have a bunch of aluminum and copper sitting around here, i just wish i had the furnace to melt it all. Ide make a aluminum bronze middle finger for my neighbors.
Great video but I just cannot unsee that huge wart on your pointer finger
thanks for sharing
🙏
The four elements would look great in Nordic gold
The piece turned out great man. Does it happen to say what percentage the Al Bronze is composed of? The color is perfect. I’ve been doing 90/10 but the color is never as gold as I want it. Love your videos my guy!
This is 91% copper and 9% aluminum 👍🏻
Nice brutha
Can you make Ronin's sword from endgame??
Glad it worked the 2nd(?) time cast, too bad the venting was not included in video.
While I can certainly appreciate the ease of using metal pellets, there's just something more appealing about taking something that was scrap, melting it down and turning it into something else.
could you explain what you did the second time to make it fill out. quite the piece.
The gem is supposed to be green other than that its great
If you were to pour an inch of sand in the bottom of your water bucket, you could just drop your metal casting into the water bucket without fear of burning through the bottom of the bucket itself. The results could be quite fantastic if the water were cold and the trinket rather hot....
Beautiful pour. Outstanding job. Where do you buy your bottles of metal shot for your melts?
Edit. I just checked and you have a link in your description lol. Should have checked there first. Thanks. Have a good Easter weekend.
How about, I want one!!! How much would you make one with a green stone?
It's great but the only problem is how shiny it is and the jewel is too soda glass like
Did you burn your knuckle, again, or is that still the old one?
Same one I posted the other day. It’s just about gone now though. Until the next one
I really REALLY LOVE THIS PIECE!!!! Would only do a small handful of things a little differently and they would have NOTHING to do with the MELTNG of the METAL...you did that PERFECTLY!!! (Except maybe making a metal chain, but that's a whole other project.) I would PAINT some CLEAR/SEE-THRU UV-reactive paints on just a small handful of spots, and with different colors - maybe in just a few lines on the outside, with some symbols in other colors - BUT the MOST IMPORTANT PART of adding UV PAINT would be mixing some in with a CLEAR EXPOXY but not too much... basically making a swirl of different up colors into the expoxul thast the jewel pressesinto... - I GUESS you would have to SEE IT BEFORE it makes sense :/
Well I tried to- get you to se my vision... which we all know is not essay.... Maybe one day I'll be able to show what I'm thinking of LOL :)REATY WORK Anyway!!!! i love it!!! as always!!!
Hey bud just out of curiosity have you ever checked to see how hot your gate door gets above the forge when you run it inside don't even know what made me think about it 😂 just want you to be safe bud 👌 love the work
Don't try to imitate bigstackD at all. You are good enough
“NOT FOR ME”
👍
