I’m pretty sure Xion did sing through the backflip. It sounded like his long note was a little different in length to the backing track. Let’s hope Mnet allow all the groups’ voices come through more on stage.
hwanwoong dropped the knife at the beginning and in the practice video that mnet posted today (yesterday?) you can see he was supposed to drag it along the table, which might have been part of the dissonance between noise and actions that you were noticing. that aside, i just found your channel and i'm super excited to check out your other videos! i love the way you break things down and i can't wait for your thoughts on the rest of this show as well lol
@@kkachi560 I believe he mentioned that he dropped the knife during the episode watch and that also clicked in my head that that could have been why the choices were off! So glad to have your insight for further verification! I’m excited to check out the DP of all the groups soon! Woohoo!
They just released the dance practice versions and you can see ONEUS hitting the audio timing and movements way better. They’re also very good with camera movements matching their choreography as well as showcasing the various members equally, and this performance as well as their attitudes in the entire of the episode, especially Hwanwoong’s(he rarely displays hesitation and nervousness so openly), plus Seoho being the Ace in the promo content, makes me think that Seoho was the original Ace but something happened last minute that made Hwanwoong have to switch in and so they didn’t get as much practice in. Woong is a notorious perfectionist, and these performances, while overall well done, aren’t the quality they typically perform at.
I just wrapped up filming of my feedback on all of the Dance Practices! Thank you for the heads up! Those will be released probably tomorrow before the analysis for the second episode!
I was so impressed by this performance and as someone who loves DC universe especially Gotham, i was so fed up by this concept i loved it so SO much, i hope they keep this Energy and i hope they last long. I am gonna be honest, the "Got the joker" part of the song was kinda Cringy to listen (for me) but it was understandable, i dont listen alot of oneus Songs but the chorus of this song was just Uncomfy to listen, other than that i loved it. 🎉🎉
I was also VERY impressed at how they chose to go about this concept because it has been DONE so a lot of comparisons are bound to show up. Love that you took the time to watch ALL the groups!
