Totally about learning the lesson the hard way! I just won my second zulily returns pallet and I knew better than to bid on it. But it showed good shoes ect in the manifest. When it arrived none of those shoes not a single pair were in my pallets!!! So the recovery will be hard when the items I was relying on selling weren’t included 🙄🤦‍♀️

One time I went to my local liquidation store where they sell everything from soup to nuts. I usually buy my coffee there (often Starbucks ground coffee) and lots of other grocery items. I rounded the corner in the store and noticed a shelf of shoes…a lot of shoes…all Rothy’s. I checked them for authenticity which took me a little while and went home with 4 pair. I did a bit more research on them when I got home and 🤦‍♀️ decided to go back and get the rest. I paid $12.00 a pair for them. I sold all but one pair which I gave to my sweet stepdaughter. All the rest sold for about $90.00 on average. It was best pick up ever. Every time I go to that store I check that shelf first. Love your vids and learn so much even though I’ve been doing this for a while. I’m in Canada but most of what you vlog applies very well. Take care! Jo

That's really interesting and good info.
I'm a newish watcher so I'm working through your previous videos, but I'm wondering if you ever run across the fan clothing brand 'Her universe' brands and just never mention them. They aren't extremely high priced (I don't think I've seen anything over $75, though usually like 20s-50s) so I figured if you did find them they would end up in the donate piles.
I personally really like them specifically so im wondering how easily or not they are to find in huge lots (I'm currently waiting to join a buy sell trade group for the brand) or thrifting since I've only ever personally found them when they were in Kohls before hottopic bought the brand.

I have bought storage units. A very limited number were good the rest were awful. I lost thousands of dollars by buying units that looked like a good bet and they were awful. I lost almost 5k not including my time on one unit I bought. I paid over 3k for this unit that looked professionally packed and label all furniture professionally wrapped. Well the storage place must have taken over 5 units that failed to pay kept the boxes from the good unit and packed all these boxes with garage actually garbage. I found five different families info all from different address, ages, and even different countries. Not on thing had the same name. The names that were on the professional packaged boxes I could not find one thing that matched those names. I had bought bad units prior to that but this storage facility literally committed fraud and there was nothing I could do. But pay the dump fees and learned a very very expensive lesson. Dump fees are crazy high and this unit was almost 200 miles away each way. The sheer cost was just insane. These videos people post of look how much I made in a storage unit always crack me up cause most of the time it is NOT like that at all.
