Thanks for watching!
We are watching this video on our 86 inch 4K tv, in Ontario Canada. Much better than on a tablet. Twenty years ago we spent a vacation with our son, who lives in Saltdean, near the Lido. We made two trips on the bus to Eastbourne, enjoyed visiting the pier, had a couple of great pub lunches in town. Liked Eastbourne that much, and said to my wife, if I was stupid enough to move back to England I could retire in Eastbourne . Today I don't think we could afford it.
Nice Route! Great video! I took this bus not long ago from Eastbourne to Beachey Head…
classic route, used to do the Seaford to Old Town part, loved it
Very good, driven the route on way to Hasting few years ago. Love how you speeded up the stops, much better to watch. Thanks.
nice video thank you
Great video. Great speeding up the stops. Great ambient audio which gives atmosphere. View better than from a car. And thank goodness, no music. Well done.
Thanks!
@@pietias231 This is the most wonderful bus trip ever. Beautiful, and everything I wanted to see. Thanks for the flawless filming, and my compliments to the driver. Superb job.
Great visual and route this is.
Liked....a good route with its mixture of sea and Downs views, and even some woodland! Glad you edit out the stops, as indeed I do; much better to keep moving. Only wish I could occasionally film through as clean a screen as that; filming and editing in Oxford seems to be a permanent battle with a grey haze.
A wonderful ride!
Great video. I lived in Brighton and Hove until the early 70's and even drove buses there. I'm enjoying the ride and trying to identify some of the roads which i too used to drive down
Alan Digwood, strange, isn't it, how much our own cities change over the years. Congratulations on navigating these narrow streets! Beautiful city, beautiful scenery.
With so few views so far (just over 11k) I was pleasantly surprised by this video. One of the best bus rides I’ve seen so I’d rate it 5⭐️. Thanks for posting it. 🐨🇦🇺
Thank you 🙂
39:41 absolutely stunning. When I visit the UK I'll be on this damn bus sitting where you are sitting. Beautiful.
I lived in Brighton about 1 year. Your channel reminds of my every single moment of Brighton life :) Thank you so so much!!! I really do miss Brighton and hope to be there again. Stay safe xx
You are welcome! :)
@@pietias231Brighton is also where many native british people become prescribed drug addicts stuck in bad quality old Victorian basement rented bedsits run by rotten crooked landlords in the 1990’s and beyond. Did you know that?
Nice I was on the 13X a couple of days ago
How much does the 13x cost? and do you have to pre book?
@@AjitB07 it's just a network saver
Outstanding!
Thank you kindly!
As being born in Brighton in the 2010s, I can actually see they have changed Eastbourne and Brighton a bit. Correct me if I'm wrong. I can also see that Brighton is now as busy as c**p.
Great video, my godfather lives in Seaford and the views around there are beautiful and I much prefer the b9tls to the streetdecks as the streetdecks can't get up hills lol
is it cold in august there? im coming from Finland in spetember to brighton :)
From what I understand, bring a lightweight but warm jacket with attached hood. The Channel gets windy, and by September you could see a bit of rain. Have a lovely trip.
Hi ! Are these buses available all year round ? Would like to visit in winter 2024 !
It's good to know that idiot drivers in England have no fear of pulling out of side roads at a snail's pace. I thought that we Americans had cornered the market on bad drivers. Congratulations to the driver for not laying on the horn. Perhaps the beauty of the route is that calming.
For a thrill ride, watch this video at 2x Speed after 39:00 - good fun.
