For beginner which is better color pencil or oil pastel? Is oil pastel reqired lot of drawing materials Like acrylic paint, glass marking pen, correction pen, marker etc. Also how to draw small parts precisely with oil pastel?
Please tell which is better for beginner? Oil pastel vs colored pencils?
