My Paco signal tracers are basically the same. I would do this mod but I doubt I would ever need it. I don't think I have ever used the watt meter function. My B&K AC power supply has one built in which is what I use. I will annotate this in my Paco manual. May do this anyhow the next time I have to crack it open for something. Thanks for sharing.
I never used the feature on my old 147A and probably will never use it on this either. But if it's on the bench I like to have it work correctly. And it was real simple.

Your Welcome David.
I am with you. I might not use it, but if it is there I want it to work properly.
Yes indeed Ian. Thanks for stopping by.
I have an Eico 147A. The schematics for the 147 & 147A are different. Any chance you could recommend the proper mod procedure for the 147A ? Thank you
Do you have one for sale ?
Sorry, No. Sold this one a long time ago. Now have the smaller Heathkit version. Takes up less bench space.
