Meine Miele hatte den gleichen Fehler. Ursache war ein unsichtbarer Schmutz- Fettfilm auf dem Bedienungsfeld. Den hab ich mit Küchenpapier und ein paar Tropfen Spülmittelwasser entfernt und danach trockengerieben. Nun klappt wieder alles eindwandfrei !!!

Das Bedienfeld nahm garkeine Eingabe mehr an, wie im Video. Fön hat bei mir nicht geholfen. Weder von aussen noch direkt auf die Platine geföhnt. Ich habe dann das Flachbandkabel des Touch-Bedienfelds von der Steuereinheit getrennt und wieder reingeklippt. Danach gingen alle Bedienelemente wieder einwandfrei - BIS AUF die Start/Stop Taste: man startet das Programm via "Start/Stop" Taste, kurz zieht sie Wasser und 1sec später gibt es 2 Tastentöne ohne das Bedienfeld berührt zu haben; es erscheinen kreisende Linien am Display; das Programm unterbricht. Wie bei der Wäsche Nachlegefunktion. Tür öffnen, schliessen und dann Start/Stop; Problem von vorne. Es pausiert immer wieder. Die Maschine ist exakt 5 Jahre alt. Danke Miele.
Nachtrag: gerade geprüft und herausgefunden dass die äußerste Leiterbahn des Flachbandkabel welches das Bedienfelds mit der Steuereinheit verbindet an einer Stelle punktuell "durchgebrannt" ist. Sieht schwierig aus das zu überbrücken

Hi! Miele washing machines and washer-dryers cost more in spite of other brands for nothing as even Miele always have problems and often very serious ones especially in the electronics which always has failures and burning problems of the electronic boards themselves. Their very high price is truly unjustified and unjustifiable! The electronic boards are not made in Germany and the spare parts cost almost as much as a new washing machine! Other less expensive brands work great and never have any problems of any kind! Furthermore, it must be added that the much vaunted honeycomb drum does not wash well at all, indeed if you make a comparison with the old Mieles that used the drum with holes, the latter wash much much better! The honeycomb drum was just a publicity stunt and nothing more! Regards.

Es war wohl nur ein Zufall. Wir müssen den Touchscreen nun ersetzen lassen, er funktioniert nicht mehr. Nach nur 5x Jahren Betrieb!

Den Wahlschalter auf Aus drehen, 5 Sekunden warten, Maschine einschalten, dann wird man gefragt ob man Programm abbrechen will oder nicht.
