I thought this guy sounded brilliant, Very clear, with ideas that make sense. People who can afford to take the burden. Infrastructure, cost of living and future resilience addressed. Very reasonable. More of this please.
I thought he did very well here.
Why ask questions only to constantly interrupt and speak over his answers?
Long term thinking at last!
Fight to get great Britain back again
None of it matters as noone is going to vote for them
Nonse.
May aswel call this show Good Morning Primeminister.
Watermellons. 😂
Sixth form politics
Where on earth these presenters are from?! They look sooo dodgy
Is Kate channelling Derek?
Watermelon.
This man sounds insane.
you sound like you don't care
We already pay far too much in taxes in this country.
Unless you think you're the ultra rich, you're not going to pay much more except in national insurance.
@@_cat_0w0 thats still a 6% increase in marginal tax rates- pretty substantial
Yeah and the rich get there money from the middle and lower class
This guy's claims are so unbased on common-sense facts, it's embarrassing. Based on history, it's not just the super-rich who are going to effectively leave the country (based on the number of days they stay here).
'We've consulted' means that they are just about to spill out bunch of jaundiced and ill-informed claims.
What history is that claim based on? I encourage you to look for data on this issue as the evidence suggests it's simply not true for the vast majority of the 1%. For example, researchers at the London School of Economics interviewed 35 members of the UK’s richest 1% - by wealth or income - and found that none said they would leave the UK for tax reasons. It's the super rich who own media corporations and lobby politicians to promote these ideas to the general public as if they are fact.
@@robdixon9324well said👏👏👏
@@robdixon9324 While I know/know of people myself who do this, it doesn't take long in researching just the internet that it's not just millionaires and super rich people who spend 183 days outside the country in order to avoid tax payer status. Isn't it bad enough that so many of our not-so-rich dental talent move off to Australia to earn better money? 'UK dentists make up around 15% of the 220 dentists working for Australian corporate National Dental Care, says Christina King'. That's just from one sample, but it obviously does mean that the Internet is the ultimate method of research, just that I'm not disappearing down that rabbit hole for hours.
@ogopogo236 a person's private life is just that and not for all the world to know.
