I love how everyone is fine with Brad switching to controller. If he is actually having fun again and enjoying himself, then more power to him. If ImperialHal, ZeusResurrected, NiceWigg and countless other pro players are using controller, then Brad should not get any flak for it.

If you do plan on permanently switching I would get a new controller that stick drift in the right joystick is going to annoy you over time and it makes it to were you have to control the recoil of th gun on top of of setting the difference that the stick drift is doing
Brad you need to change your setting to Ninja, It essentialy makes it so that your r1 and l1 are ur jump and slide and Circle and X are your ability and x becomes ping, its actually really cracked

Just youtube those streamers like imperialhal or noko controller settings for the basic setup. Look up steaminput apex settings for movement tech, shortcut macros settings. Upgrade your controller to ones that has backbuttons/backpaddles Download apex r5 and play for a couple hours for a couple days. Youll be champion for 1 of 4 games within a week.
And here I am soon switching to PC and gonna be trying out mnk after more than a decade. I foresee I will give up and use an Xbox controller after a day 😂
Nah mnk is literally superior in every way. Aim assist is a little over tuned but it helps compensate for all the advantaged mnk has. I played console for 15 years and I hit masters on apex after 3 months of casual playing on mnk.

The main reason I like to play FPS on controller is because of the trigger, it feels more natural to me. But I do feel the difference when I play destiny pvp for example, because I can tell who the mnk players are, they can do some things much quicker. Hopefully I’ll find my balance.

I'm nowhere near the player he is and it probably took me 20 hours of actual playing to get the the same level on mnk that I was on controller after 15 years and .6 aim assist my whole life. Having a good understanding of the games mechanics and strategy and game sense is like 80% of any video game. If you have those things switching inputs is not that challenging. And If you think it is, I'm sorry but that means you gotta get back to the basics brother. I'm better than I ever was on console despite only having been playing for a year vs 15 years of console controller games with .6 if not higher aim assist. PC players whining about aim assist outside the competitive scene is pure copium.
I certainly wouldn't want to try and play pathfinder for a MY first week on a controller. I can hit mad grapples with M&K and my knowledge of how the game physics work. I'd do potato grapples on controller, likely for quite some time. You'll notice Brad's AIM is GODLY on controller (cough aim assist cough) but his movement is not great. Limitations of his input device and all that.
