Yea I use it a lot for cleaning out filters, works great.

How loud is it?
How long before it has to refill?
About as loud as a regular compressor. Length of time before refill depends on what you're doing with it. It's smaller than a wired compressor but I find it's more than adequate for everything I've needed it for: mostly filling my car tires and nailing.

On the expensive side for a small air compressor, but for me the mobility makes it worth it.
Any one out thier should air come out the back of my compressor air coming out the back.
Your relief valve might be stuck open
