Man did I need this! Cara your voice is so soothing. I fell off the meditation and animal communication wagon and lately your name keeps popping up in my thoughts as if to call me back to it. It truly is where I find my most peace and joy. My mind the first time hearing this meditation went to the animals in Ukraine and Gaza. War hurts everyone. The animals I pray got my healing love.❤🐾
Thank you for this, Dr. Cara. I will do this several times in preparation for the new season in our rescue… I have a cat and kitten rescue and we normally take in 350 to 400 kitties each year. I focused on all of the cats and kittens in our county and the surrounding counties, flowing special love and light to them, along with those that will soon be born. I believe this meditation alone will give us the best year ever in our rescue. I am also sharing it with all of my fosters, coworkers and volunteers, so that those who choose to can use the meditation in a similar way to prepare for this year’s work among our precious felines. 🧚🏼♀️🐈🕊️🐈⬛ we are the Feline Fairies 🧚🏼♀️
