the diffrences of adzan its not to country..but the tarannum type only.adzan it is same for all country.the objective also same.but what we heard not same is we call tarannum.tarannum is like "song" type when muazzin do the adzan.anyway,for your info..1st person do the adzan name is Bilal Ibn Rabah.Muazzin of Nabi Muhaammad saw.
