Actually a really, really good pedal for the money. Honestly without the comments talking about the lag I barely even noticed this was a thing. Seems to be built well too, the switch has a good on off feel to it for an aliexpress pedal. Lots of tonal options but only took me a second to get a convincing "My Iron Lung" tone out of it.
I got this pedal as a cheap way to try out dropping the tuning of my guitar for certain songs. It's not too bad. If you can get used to the latency, you can get by with it as a drop-tune pedal because the polyphony is actually pretty good. It'll handle chords etc. However, even with the dry turned down to zero, the pitch-shifted tone still sounds like it has a kind-of slap echo on it. If that is not an issue for you then it'll work for dropping your tuning on a budget.
@@patrickjuhasz8047 My pedal broke some time ago (the toggle switch), but from memory I'm pretty sure you can do that. The pedal has separate wet and dry level controls, so you can turn down the dry signal no matter what mode you're in.
I think it would be a good idea to shoot a video testing it out playing chords with the following settings to see if it works well as a drop tune effect: toggle switch in the down position, dry on 0, and wet on 10
This wouldn’t do it there are vocal pedals and preamps but if you want to harmonize its best you get another sing or record multiple tracks while recording
im no expert in electricity but yeah.. i have it and it works.. but i ran a mic cable from the mixer to it so it was already line level ... if u have any preamp.. boost pedal. eq.. anything to rise the signal level a lil bit to match . it will work as any other guitar pedal.. some need hotter signals some are more sensitive ... have fun
I have them both. Tomsline adds some tasty overtones to the sound, great if you downtune with distorted bass for tunings lower than G or extended range guitars to achieve the sound like the band Emmure. Mooer Pitch Box adds nothing to the sound. Polyphony the same on both (half-baked).

It can work like digitech drop?
is it possible to kill the original signal in the detune mode? I run a stereo rig and i want to use one side with and the other side without detune

Can you use it to higher the tuning as well? Like if I've set my guitar on Standard D, and I want to go to Standard E or Standard E#, for example?
@@nicolot4652 Yeah it pitches up as well as down

did you run this in the effects loop or in your signal chain ? put it in the effects loop might be better and help with lag.
its out of tune (or maybe its your guitar intonation) but either way it has a major time lag. glad i saw this before buying. thanks
in what order shall i put this pedal? thinking of getting one
After any distortion (I know this comment is one year old, but it may help some people)
Is there any signal lag between the guitar and the pedal if you turn on the wet control all the way?
Yes, there is a small delay
This can change the tuning? Or just harmonize?
Does this have a low octave and a sub octave. Like one up and one below ?
I wonder how it would sound one octave up with a bass… Royal Blood style?
Does it work for vocals to give like a double voice and more voices on top of yours
I need to know thanks..

Why not?
Cómo funciona la opción desfinado? No entiendo, ayuda
Sound like there is clipping in some point of notes.
I think it is not a too good pedal. Also I am afraid of its latency
Is this pedal the same as a Pitch Box pedal?

Does it work to vocal?
Is this work in vocal?
Not bad
Tengo el mismo pedal pero no sé cómo utilizarlo ni, como conectarlo
Alguna persona generosa me podría informar gracias!
you get what you pay for
Yo momma get what you pay for
Can it set the key?
Almost certainly“no” - for this price you get a fixed interval
Sounds like Ozzy Osbourne !

that octave sounds very very terrible
