Iceman needs to be awakened, there are some science champs but class disadvantage, Hulikng or any other unblockable champ is also good option to replace parry or just parry and wait for stun to be over and then launch combo she takes a bit of time or become easy to intercept after stun is over. I used Howard the duck to gain loads of fury's from parry then slowly countering her
Did you watch the video? It literally says “you just need a evade counter champions to defeat her” (54 sec). You also want to counter her heavy with a heavy to steal cruelty buffs. Hawkeye’s slow on heavy stops evade and snags a buff immediately. And given that she’s Hawkeye’s protégé, it’s an ironically obvious counter to miss. I shouldn’t even need to explain this to you.
I hate this shit. I am sick & tired of having to check which specific champs best the unfair bullshit, instead of just using WHOEVER TF I WANT! And I guarantee you none of these options are viable for those Incursion side objectives, because they handicap us to 3 champs, of 3 different aspects(Damage Over Time, Utility & Denial right now)
Bishop is a great counter because when you parry she cant evade and counter evade instead she will damage herself and get herself a longer stun

Other options include Iron Man IW as plasma attacks can't be evaded and Night Thrasher who skateboard attacks can't be evaded.

Ironically, you missed what may be the most obvious one - Hawkeye. His heavy applies a long slow debuff.
