- This review is all about the Rocketbook Fusion, a combination of planning and note taking. The fusion is a reusable notebook that can be wiped clean using a microfiber towel and is therefore sustainable and good for the planet. Thanks for this review! Just started grad school and was looking for a solution like this to avoid carrying around a stack of notebooks for my classes. I was already writing my notes out and then scanning into OneNote, so this will make that even better!

how good is the scannign from the notebook to the app, is it the same as simply taking a photo of a notebook page or is it easier/ better?

Hey Shyan, I have a question. When you are writing on your rocketbook and you make a tiny mistase, how do you erase it?
The way I do it is by scribbling the mistake out just like a pen and regular paper. If I'm feeling a bit more fancy I go ahead and wet the microfiber towel and keep it by my side in case more mistakes occur. I've also heard people buying a small spray bottle (RB has some that are really small and look like perfume samplers) and they keep it on their desk in order to easily erase without having to go to the sink. I've definitely considered doing this. Hope that helps!
I’ve also heard that Pentel water brushes are good because you have more control over what you erase.
How much storage does the app take ip
Hi. Is there a way to write on a rocketbook page, scan it and then the next day, adding more info to the page that is already scanned??

Can you use the find feature once you have saved your notes to the google drive or a pdf? Such as I wanted to find a specific word within the document
I’ve had instances where it worked. Especially if you use the text feature within GoodNotes. But I think it depends on the other app’s capabilities.
Can I just write on rocketbook and send notes to android "Samsung notes" folders?
So I have a question... What are the advantages besides reusing it between this and writing one regular notebook, then taking a picture and saving it to whatever I destinatiin I want, Samsung note, email, overdrive etc, etc.?
I feel like it's more eco-friendly, as it is reusable so that's the main thing I love. Regarding the scanning, the app makes it really easy to send it to the places you want, whereas scanning and uploading it to the right folder takes some time. Whenever I scan something, it takes me a second to align the corners etc, but because there is a border around the rocketbook, no adjusting is needed and it does most of the work on its own. Hope that helps!

Hi Shyan! This was such a great video! Thank you for all the details you shared. I had a question concerning searching for a particular word or phrase within the notes after you scan them. For example if I scanned a page into the app and am looking for the word Apple, is there a search function that will pull up all the scanned notes that have the word Apple in them?
Whenever I scanned things in, I turned on the text recognition feature on the scanner and then it worked. Not sure how it would work without the feature though!
How did you manage so save so much money when you purchase yours - coupons or code that you can share??
Office Depot has 20% off a regular priced item, and I did in-store pick up, so maybe they added another discount for picking it up, can't quite remember though. Hope that helps!

Yo compré la libreta y siendo honesto la dejé de usar por que te da problemas, ocupas buena iluminación por qué de lo contrario se verá con manchas la foto y se ve que es una foto de libreta y se supone que ese no es el chiste, yo tomaba las fotos con una cámara de 32Mp, además de que si borras con el lápiz se quedan manchadas las páginas y sin contar que están caros los lápices y los repuestos, si tú idea es ahorrar te sugiero mejor una tableta gráfica, sale al rededor de $1200 MNX que en total es más barato que comprarse la RocketBook por el solo echo de los lapiceros, me compré un paquete con 3 lapiceros de 3 colores y fueron casi la mitad de lo que costó la libreta, mi recomendación sería que compres la tableta gráfica Gaomon s620, la puedes conectar al celular y apuntar en OneNote, es lo que llevo haciendo por 1 año y Es más cómodo que con la Rocketbook

Yes, it’s possible to draw on. However, to have multiple colors, you could only buy frixion pens/markers. It feels like pen and paper, but the surface is smoother. Hope that helps!

I’d say it runs out quicker than the average pen but also not incredibly fast. Not sure if that helps but I do have to repurchase the ink more than other pens - but they sell ink separately which is cost effective!
