Eggless Suji Cake Recipe | Without Oven | Easy Homemade Suji Cake Recipe | Rava Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1/3 Cup Curd / Yogurt
2/3 Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Oil
Mix Well
1 Cup Suji / Semolina
½ Cup Milk
Mix Well
Keep For 10 Min.
½ Cup Flour
1 Tspn Baking Powder
¼ Tspn Baking Soda
Sieve
¼ Cup Milk
3 Tbsp Grated Coconut
1 Tspn Vanilla Essence
Mix Well
6 Inch Mould
Grease Oil
Place a Baking Paper
Pour Batter
Dry Fruits On Top
Place a Curry Pan
Pre-Heat For 5-7 Min.
Cook For 35-40 Min.
Cool Down
Cut Into Pieces

Can we make it in an idli steamer if we don’t have a big pan as yours?
Try using a pressure cooker without whistle and gasket, preheat for about 10-15 min on medium flame and keep the cake tin on a stand inside the pressure cooker (can add some salt below the stand if you want) and bake for some 20-25 min until the toothpick comes out clean from the cake
