***** I agree. I am top 4 in my high school and I do not like our educational system. It goes a lot deeper than I could ever discuss on here, but after taking sociology, I have rebelled a lot against some of my teachers(not in a bad way.) School always rewards hard work and good grades, and preaches that it educates you, but this is a huge lie. You do not earn wealth from WHAT you know, instead, it is what you DO with what you know. This comes from Napoleon Hill, so this is true. And notice how the public school system came into existence when large industries did. They needed obedient loyal workers, so the schools were made.
When one considers the mind of Elon Musk the only resulting conclusion is, "this is a guy that I should listen to." Elon has the visionary ability to bring to reality futuristic models that enable us to enjoy them today. It's no wonder why he's a good business partner. He is undoubtedly someone that you'd want on your board. He is an inspiration to many!
+Mohammed Alhabib indeed! Their thought process is so fast that speaking those ideas/thoughts can't catch up. I believe Alan Turing (British pioneer of computing science, and deciphered the Enigma back in WWII) was portrayed by Benedict Cumberbatch in The Imitation Game with the same stuttering.
+Mohammed Alhabib I'm sorry, but this is such a gross generalization. Even an idiot who is speaking nonsense will stutter, as ignorant thoughts come to mind faster than they can speak. The ability to speak concisely and with purpose is a skill that needs practice and development. There will be a subset of highly intelligent people who can communicate in this manner, and there will be another subset of equal or greater intelligence who have not invested in the skill of accurate speech. We need to stop the classification of what a "genius" is, as this just allows us to justify and be content with our mediocrity as we do not share the same attributes. Even more dangerous, are the people who will mimic such mannerisms in to excuse them selves from real hard work and taking responsibility of their short falls.
Luca Pontiggia We didn't mean to offend anyone, nor are we generalizing or classifying, "all" geniuses stutter. Were just noticing that it's a "common" trait to some geniuses because of the speed of their thought process. And yes you're right, not all that stutter = genius. Some stutter because of a traumatic accident, some stutter because their thought process is slower. But basically, Aristotle, Isaac Newton, Charles Darwin, all stuttered, however Einstein and Shakespeare didn't. We aren't saying every genius stutter, just noticing that a number of them do. Well in my case at least.
+Rozelle Lucenio Sorry, re reading my comment now, It comes across not as I intended. I wasn't by any means offended, I am just slightly frustrated at how people love to box this thing called "genius" by giving it traits. There is nothing wrong with finding relations and making a statement about it, as long as people don't just make silly correlations. I see what I said was's a little charged due to content unrelated to the previous comments. My bad.
I love the way he is so grateful with no arrogance and just more sincere towards the humanity future. Everyone we would be totally able to say someday we were in the era of ELON MUSK.
Stuttering can sometimes be a side effect of having many thoughts at once. While doing interviews this man was probably brainstorming about his next venture
Every time Elon says “we have to, we have to, we need to, you can’t help but feeling a sense of urgency and you take his words as the gospel. He is such a powerful being. He has an uncanny way for conveying his vision and of getting us on board with him. I love the man.

I totally agree with Sandra, you need a financial guide to put you through all what you need to know and also to tell you when or where to invest your money. Some persons will just jump into investing on what they know nothing about. My good advice is get a financial consultant.
Interesting Video: Reading about people grabbing multi-figures monthly as income in investments even in this crazy days in the market, any pointers on how to make substantial progress in earnings?would be appreciated...

Elon Musk is a true hero in the modern sense. His concept and practice of philanthropic capitalism is inspiring to myself and so many other young people in a way that the world hasn't seen for a very, very long time. P.S. - If you haven't yet, I HIGHLY recommend reading “Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future” by Ashlee Vance.
So many times i have watched this video but each time it gives me same level of inspiration and joy. Elon is the man who can talk on stage about multi planetary habitation and he will possibly be the first one to make it happen. In his biography the author Ashlee vance portrays his outrageous projects at great length.
Arthur Schopenhauer once said that, “talent hits a target no one else can hit; Genius hits a target no one else can see.” Elon is the ultimate genius in 21st century. He's like Michaelangelo or Leonardo Da Vinci or Mozart. Elon will revolutionize human lives. A visionary entrepreneur!
"My theory is that you have the ability to think at a system level of design, pull together design, technology, and business. T.B.D, into one package, synthesise it in a way that very few people can, and, this is a critical thing; feel so damn confident in that clicked together package. But you take crazy risk, you bet your fortune on it. But you seem to have done that multiple times.. I mean, almost no one can do that.. Is that.. Can we have some of that secret sauce? Can we put it into our education? Can someone learn from you? It is truly amazing what you have done." - TED curator Chris Anderson to Elon Musk, founder of PayPal, Tesla Motors and SpaceX.
Each of his projects are more mindblowing than the previous. Internet payments, electric cars, mass solar panels. But now, space travel and rockets that can land? I know people pay millions for a lunch with Warren Buffet, but I'd take even just a coffee with Elon over that.
This guy is amazing. Entrepreneur and philosopher of human life. Read about his background and you will all be astonished. I'm just excited to see where he'll guide Tesla next from now. Also, because he uses his technology through all three of the companies he works with.
Oh my god watching this video is actually so inspiring! The special thing about this TED video is that it not only went into the details of the innovation at work but it also went into the mind behind all of this brilliance at a level that lay people can sympathize with. I think all engineers and scientists in the world see a bit of their dreams, intelligence, and confidence in Elon Musk, which makes them yearn for the opportunity to contribute to the world just like him.
Honestly, this TED talk was a little bit of a let down. I was hoping for Elon to talk about something we hadn't already heard before but the interviewer just asked him the common questions that everyone asks him/the stock answers he gives. Or maybe it's cos I'm watching this in 2015 and that these q&a's are already common knowledge. Elon Musk you doin' good.
Guys like these have my respect far more than any politician ever will because they are changing with the world via objective data that they are confident in because it is objective not subjective ego based decision making.
His next project should be remaking the education system so that in the future there will be more amazing people like him.

A-10 Thunderbolt II The modern education institution was born out of the philosophy of the Middle Ages, and Napoleon Hill is a smart man.
He thought like crazy, took crazy risks and has made crazy achievements. He is a living legend
i appreciate the age i live in now because of him. I am truly inspired.
Finally a man with a vision for the entire world 🌍I am really rooting for spaceX’s mission... love this guy
lol
Dammn i think people will watch this talk even centuries later and feel nostalgic .. he is actually making his dreams come true
Who cares if he stutters. He just needs to keep on innovating as he as been doing.
+0neofthem I believe he stutters because of all the thoughts coming into his mind.
it's a common thing among geniuses.
My bad.
Simply one of the best Ted talks ever.
I really love how humble and calm he is in his way of speaking! :))
Best thing about him is he has a solution to almost everything that was asked
Never did he say we don't know or never thought about it
Excellent
we need more people like him.
Pretty amazing how much you can achieve in such a short amount of time when your primary goal is not making money. The man is brilliant!
Every time Elon says “we have to, we have to, we need to, you can’t help but feeling a sense of urgency and you take his words as the gospel. He is such a powerful being. He has an uncanny way for conveying his vision and of getting us on board with him. I love the man.
No doubt that Elon Musk was amazing in this talk but I was also looking for good comments on that host. He was really good too
He is my absolute favourite billionaire. He inspiring me a lot.
The thumbnail image is Iconic 🚀
A Goddamn hero. Thank you South Africa.

Praxidike you hella dumb
You're welcome
He's a child of South Africa
I admire this guy
Great video, I am new to the investments online, I frankly do not know much about investing online. I have been looking to learn more about online investing, but it has not been easy for me. I want to invest as soon as possible. How can I begin?
Have you considered getting the help of a financial adviser or a good portfolio manager? You should, It is the best way to start.
It is good to begin stock trading, but always have this at the front of your mind, one of the reasons why many fail on their investments or trading is because they try it without proper guidance and money management. I will advice you get advice from an experienced stock broker.

I totally agree with Sandra, you need a financial guide to put you through all what you need to know and also to tell you when or where to invest your money. Some persons will just jump into investing on what they know nothing about. My good advice is get a financial consultant.
How can I get a good financial consultant? A good recommendation will be nice.
And it's amazing how it's not just "something happening in the future", it's happening RIGHT NOW!
ehm real Tony Stark
That’s his Bankai
Ur right dude
Stan Lee said that Iron Man(in video) was partially based on Elon Musk!!! WHAT ON EARTH IS INSIDE HIS HEAD?
@Rohan Roy nope, Tony Stark - billionaire with great ideas that he brings to life - doesn't it reminds you Elon?
@an aspirant yea but it’s really a comparison to tony stark’s genius engineering and income
Interesting Video:
Reading about people grabbing multi-figures monthly as income in investments even in this crazy days in the market, any pointers on how to make substantial progress in earnings?would be appreciated...
You make it seem unreal to make up to that as a passive income annually, when it’s clearly possible. I have tomade over 1Hunnid thousand dollars from January till now with no joke game plan. She’s a masterpiece and her name is Beatrice.😁
Kindly reach her thru Tele gram page with
beatricepaul is the name
Indicators are very lagged so one cannot rely on instead they should look into learning price action trading with her is a good👍🏻
This lady right here,I tradr with her she’s inventive and the P.O.T are no jokes, I won’t look awestricken u made mention of her,
Elon Musk is a true hero in the modern sense.
* * I do want that book! Would buy it soon.
What a humble personality. Wish you all the best in your endeavours Elon! Wish I could ever get an hour to run ideas that are in my head with you :)
And now 5 years later, we have Falcon Heavy. How cool is that? Absolutely astonishing!
So inspiring
He really is the real Tony Stark
Asyraf AvantGarde and now neuralink
He said what we were all thinking lol
My favorite quote from Elon: “Watch this.”
He makes change happen.
How on earth could 59 people give this a thumbs down?? This is one of my favorite interviews, and any time I need some inspiration, I re-watch it.
107 dislikes are from hydrocarbon companies
Aap Banatein hain,
Wo log ki,
Malik bhi, "Wo hi Bantein hain"!🙏🙇
This dude is an inspiration!
I am so proud of Elon Musk as a true American Entrepreneur
He's not American..
Naw, he is. Born in South Africa, but now an American Citizen, like all the rest of us
You should take proud in that fact that he is not like the conventional American Entrepreneurs.
That's a typical USAmerican reaction. When was the last time you were proud of yourself?
LMAO, every day Pal...work for a Fortune 500 Company, and own a house on the water with a beautiful wife. How about yourself ?
Watching in 2020 ....he made tremendous achievements in his dreams and Tesla's share price increased...Elon second richest man
Each of his projects are more mindblowing than the previous. Internet payments, electric cars, mass solar panels. But now, space travel and rockets that can land?
I know people pay millions for a lunch with Warren Buffet, but I'd take even just a coffee with Elon over that.
Neuralink???
This guy is amazing. Entrepreneur and philosopher of human life. Read about his background and you will all be astonished. I'm just excited to see where he'll guide Tesla next from now. Also, because he uses his technology through all three of the companies he works with.
Who watching this in 2020 and just smiling... ...if only they knew!
I don 't know if people realize it but we humans are solar powered...
OMG, I would love to sit down and talk to this genius!!
I can't believe Elon Musk made a mistake. At 8:00 he says "3 degrees Kelvin". Kelvin doesn't have degrees.
Rick Garnett at least that proves hes not a robot
Rick Garnett- Actually there are Kelvin degrees.
One of the best 40 minutes i spent on this site
Honestly, this TED talk was a little bit of a let down. I was hoping for Elon to talk about something we hadn't already heard before but the interviewer just asked him the common questions that everyone asks him/the stock answers he gives.
Or maybe it's cos I'm watching this in 2015 and that these q&a's are already common knowledge. Elon Musk you doin' good.
Guys like these have my respect far more than any politician ever will because they are changing with the world via objective data that they are confident in because it is objective not subjective ego based decision making.
Tesla has become one of the most valuable company... Elon Musk vision comes to reality... He is a great thinker and innovator🙏👍👍
