I think it might be towards qck from loud, he wasnt horrible last split but also not great, now that loud dropped their duelist for pancada (the 3th controller player on loud) they looked shit with saadhak and tuyz on duelist so it was probably better to keep qck and try to improve

Drop Victor and Crashies, keep Ethan, S0M and FNS.
Unbench Demon1, S0M can be Jawgemo's old role, Demon1 can Jett, Astra and Brim - his old role.
Then bring in Verno if he loses Ascension, or someone else to run flex alongside FNS. Possibly even Marved back at this point
Then bring in a coach.

Its insane how dumb eSports is right now, you put up a team mid season, give them no time to practice and they go 2loss1win, and couldve easily been the other way around, 2wins1loss.
They did really well, FNS has proven that he can still IGL at the top level, s0m was dominating as usual, it was way more successful a run then it ever shouldve been.
And now everyone wants them to disband, like damn, let them get their groove back and fix all the small things that come over time naturally.
That being said, Vic and Crashies need to go, atleast until they reshape their mentality and learn how to be professional, their tiltage was the reason they lost. And even then, even if it looks like they play well, they're usually the oens making these little mistakes that are costly
Building a team mid season isn't even the dumbest part ...... Benching one the better duelist and letting go of one of your better performing controller players for the first is perhaps the dumbest thing they have done.... They should've dropped their weakest links which were vic and Crashies. But the quote on quote duo thing fkd the org for contention.

As am NRG fan, it was a rough year. There's a lot of figuring out they gotta do. Can't have Demon1 on the roster & not have him on duelist/Brim on Bind like Cryo. Asuna takes the Raze role for 100T when needed. Why couldn't NRG do the same?

I think the “optic era” people kept wanting needed to die a long time ago, it’s so important for players to challenge themselves in new environments and with other players to effectively grow. Much love to the NRG boys but hope to see them all still in different teams next cycle.

What's wild is that there is still a world in which Sen don't qual for champs. If Lev win against furia they tie with points with Sen. If Lev lose their two matches and Sen lose their match then Lev will be the one to take the 4th spot due to being tied points and winning the H2H. This is obviously very unlikely but it's a similar situation to GenG and PRX in Pacific.

IMO the current NRG is better than the last one in terms of plays and strats. However, yeah they lack the fire power. I love crashies, but he’s been VERY underwhelming. And idk if ppl are trolling or what but FNS is doing good, he aint fragging much but the calls have been good + he stepped up a bit. s0m and ethan are performing idk what else to say. Viktor has been up and down. Great in some rounds, questionable in some.

Current NRG is amazing at reads, calling and strats. (Mostly due to FNS) but with D1 out, the firepower is definitely bad, Vic as duelist is just a whole tier down the level D1 is at. I don't understand why NRG kept Vic in and not D1 for the duelist role.

Ethan has been playing ranked with them for a quite a long time in both cs and val. They should have just stayed in the stream side until 2025.

2. The point is to make a better change from split 1. Doesnt matter if they do not win when 'it matters most' as long as the change improves something and compared to how they played split 1, I think they have improved.
3. Rank matters little in team play. Scrims and playing matches matters a lot in team play and they had 1 month + of scrims and plays all 3 matches within a week. Time wise it is very hard.
4. Doesnt matter if they played a full season tgt, they havent played for 5+ months, meta has changed, teams have changes which means the game has changed too some degree. If you have played sports, it takes time for someone or people to not play and be in the 'meta' for 5 + months and be in form within a month + regardless if its the same teammates or not.
5. You're probably right and they should have stayed streaming until 2025 but they probably wanted a challenge. Think about, nrg perform bad in split and are not expected to make champs. So why not try and have a go and if you fail oh well, it was a tough thing to pull off anyway.
man I feel so bad for these guys I don't know why i still wanna see crashies victor som fns ethan on the same team it really felt like this team had it in them to get better by every game and that choke must have felt like such a heartbreak for these guys

I mean, did anyone actually expect NRG to qualify? Swapping in two players mid season, who didn't play for 11 months is just no strategy to beat good teams and I think they made the absolute best of it.

NRG NEEDS more firepower. One of the comments says crashies and Victor 's duo is overrated and it kinda makes sense. It's better to have demon1 instead of crashies so they get that firepower and he can double controller/flex with sam if needed

People are pulling away from Duellists because if you're not hitting your shots you're getting trashed by the community. Its much easier to see a duellist under performing rather than a KJ or a viper.

fns stocks at an all time low and i honestly cant see him playing next year. he talked so much about "wanting his own team" on stream then returns and gets out called by almost every other igl. som played pretty well all things considered but it sucks that his rep is gonna tank alongside this disaster of a team. i feel like only sam and ethan are worth keeping for next year (and demon1 if he is ready to compete again)
if eg beat 100t and sen beat g2, then lev auto qualify for champs since lev would be the team with the second most point

@@namson2005 Nope, only SEN will secure their spots in champs if they beat G2 and if EG beats 100T, no other team in the Americas league will have a guaranteed spot for champs due to the amount of points SEN has. So the rest of the 6 teams have to play through the playoffs and place top 3 for a spot in Champs.
@@gpfhantom1890 what im trying to say is that if sen and lev are the first 2 seeds, let's say sen and lev lose their first playoff game, they would face each other and the winner will qualify to champs by reaching top 3 while the loser would still qualify through points. Lev need sen to win against g2 and eg to win against 100t to have a guaranteed slot at champs (lev would overtake 100t in points)

First of all get better coach like Potter, mCe, other decent coach.
Secondly keep, som, fns and Ethan and drop vic and crashies.
Fns can use players like Yay so he can use demon1 because both have similar playstyle (demon1 can also play smokes which is way better than yay's limited agent pool) and there are better tier 1 and tier 2 options for replacement for crashies and victor.( Demon1 can pkay jett, som raze, or maybe they take oxy, etc. verno, or any other player is way better than crashies)
This will guarantee Nrg's success for the next year or they can just mess up by making bad decisions.
