Do you think it is possible to trace a linear connection between the Eurozone crisis and the Covid-19 EU's responses in light of a Neofunctionalist approach? By looking at these moments of extreme crisis, it seems as the risk of the emergence of disintegration forces caused by the wreckage of the weakest economies in the EU has somehow fastened the spillover effect process, leading to the adoption of the ESM or the Recovery Fund.
