Have you heard of ANZ plus? 4.65% interest on savings under 250k. No monthly fees.
Ubank seems to be easiest to qualify for the bonus interest. From April 1st. 2023 I think it's 4.6%.

You can just use (reuse) $1k to deposit and withdraw it each month.

Yes. Once you deposit $200, it doesn't matter how much you withdraw
