I don't exactly know how to describe it, but for me, this does to FFVII what Legends Arceus did to Pokémon. It gives such an interesting and different feel to a familiar piece of music.

I can totally see this being used in some FFVII spinoff. Also love how you put Amano artwork in the video! This rendition really does sound like it would pair well with his style. Insanely underrated.

It's the series that in my opinion exemplifies one of the biggest strengths of gaming in general; it's capacity for world building. That said, it does take a lot of commitment to get through. If you're not one for reading mountains of dialogue (and I mean visual novel levels), then it's pretty hard to get invested. Bookworms will likely have no issues, though, because the story tends to be engaging throughout its runtime. Also, Falcom music is a banger. At least till they hired Singa to do like 90% of the soundtracks and all the fiascos with their sound team came up. That and Unisuga leaving.
sounds like if ff7 was set in a more traditional fantasy environment, if that's what you were going for you nailed it!!!!!
