Can ypu tell me why my burle marx has been producing smaller leaves? It is 3 feet tall and the leaves for the past 6 months have been half the size. The lowest leaf on each stem has turned yellow. Is it too little fertilizer? Or too much fertilizer?

U have to repot the plant with new potting mix with proper quantity of manure.
