Mad respect Noraly, eating during a rough Ferry ride and not getting sick!
How do you think the Dutch had such a naval empire, theyre practically born on boats
Almost 1 million subscribers, every single one earned and deserved. Keep on riding, you´re quite the inspiration for me!
Noraly definitely deserve more than 1m subs...the quantity and quality of the video is top notch...compared to my country television programme, this channel is 1000x much better and it is free too..
Jesteś super i jesteś super motocyklistą...szerokiej drogi👍❤️😘
“Perseverance is rewarded!” as you said Noraly. And I would add: your good spirits are contagious, and your determination to share with us your adventures is genuine. Thank you for that!
Noraly... hopefully you read this. I live in British Columbia. You'll probably be going through here eventually on your way to Alaska. Canada has fairly tight restrictions on drone flying so you may want to apply ahead of time for permission to do so. British Columbia is a very beautiful Province so drone footage would be super!! You may even want to contact tourism to help get a permit as it will no doubt promote the Province with your high viewer count.
Also I've mentioned before to perhaps take the Stuart Cassiar highway as it's very remote and beautiful. Also going that way, with a short side trip, you would get to enter the "pan-handle at Hyder Alaska". You would even get an opportunity to see Glaciers there. All the best to you and thanks for sharing your journey...
Thumbs up so she might see this. I sure would like to see some drone shots from BC!
@@originalresqme the best drone shots I've seen in BC is from The Story Till Now you-tube channel. They live in Canada but are on holiday in the USA right now. Go back a few moths for some epic video's. Go Noraly!!!
Perfectly stated. I've told friends, "if you want to ride to Alaska to say you've done it, I get it. But if you want to ride great roads and meet great folks along the way, just stay in B.C. Cassiar Highway is fabulous.. Wanted to camp at a site named "rabid Grizzly" camp site... but no, decided to go a bit further down the road. Might try to get the officials to rename that place.
@@richardmourdock2719 Up in the Yukon I had a Grizzly Bear follow us 10 miles out of the bush when my Jeep broke down! Luckily when we crossed a creek the wind was in our direction so we smelled him but he didn't smell us... lol
It is International Women's Day tomorrow. You are such an ambassador for what that represents and an example to us all about achievement and embracing other cultures, always with a smile. Super smile.

I watch you and am 60 and have been successful and happy and yet, every time I see your videos, I think I need to be more like Noraly.
Thank you for showing us the world as it really is.

As she goes through the streets you will notice tall walls with big doors. Many of these are homes with great courtyards in the middle And a single door to the outside world. The inside décor is often very beautiful and relaxing with a covered porch That goes around the open Courtyard
What amazing travels are possible when we all use politeness, friendship, respect and treat with dignity.
Your upbeat videos are more appreciated than ever when the news is so dark in europe. Thanks for the reminder that all is not evil.
Noraly says it herself once again at 10 mins 22 secs: "Perseverance is rewarded!"
It's such a delight to see you travel to places that I have visited in the past. I was in Granada for a few months in 2010 and I still recognize many of the buildings (a benefit of historic architecture is that things don't seem to change much...). Thank you for the trip down memory lane!
Back roads, boat rides and volcanoes on a motorcycle, where else can you get this, nowhere but here, also a history lesson, what a great channel, thanks Noraly.👍
Hi Noraly, Nicaragua’s lake was very pleasant to see. Pleasant people wherever you go. Your Spanish is good👍👍Still enjoying your posts in 2023.
The people of Nicaragua seemed very friendly, and it's beautiful . I've never thought of it as a tourist destination, but maybe it should be. You were off to a great start there, look forward to the next vids to see more. Happy trails!

Your Travels compared to others, You Truly Explore while others go the shortest distance.
That is why Noraly's trips are worth following. Others only show "themselves" preferably on paved roads...
I saw when we looked down on the lagoon, an extinct volcano, then you went down to the shore and confirmed it, but it may not be quite extinct. We have a few in NZ, the ring of fire. They do like to take your money at the port. Wow, I'm still smiling, courageous one, thank you Noraly, and take care. (I say take care, but just like the rest of my children and grandchildren, you do what you do.)
Bienvenida a mi país Nicaragua🇳🇮. Espero q dios te proteja y q ningún policía te intenté estafar. ,🙏
Noraly, you really bring out the good side in people! The guy on the horse, the lonely shop keeper that sold you water, the ticket lady selling the port passes, they all seemed so pleased to talk with you! Your cheerful demeanour shines through to them... and of course to your viewers here as well!!
Noraly is certainly an inspiration to many people as she travels around the world! Excellent observation and comment!
Everything fixed - that's great. A large worry off your mind. 5,000 new subscribers and you're at 1 Mill. That just shows how many of us really enjoy following your adventures. Yes, there is bad stuff happening elsewhere but your videos are my positive outlet. Thank You.
Hopefully, that 5,000 new subscribers will be on the chart soon! Noraly is certainly an inspiration to many people around the world!
It's great that you are on a motorcycle traveling in heavily motorcycled countries.
On the backroads all alone, and even lost, you don't stand out audibly because the sound
you're making is so common...I mean, even the wildlife don't flinch.
Then visually, you do stand out and that's great for recognition, and conversation starting.
Good combination my dear. -Cheers!
It is remarkable how she's able to complete her journey on time everytime in spite of not being able to tell the way where to go in new environments(where the GPS is not helping). The way she heads to her location via the backroads with enthusiasm while knowing she may not reach where she wanted to is really what actual adventure looks like.
It's remarkable, yes. Two things: (1) experience and preparation like browsing the web to see who has been there before, and (2) she uses a combination of a special GPS navigation from Garmin for motorcycles that has reasonably detailed "back-road" or off-road detail, paired with her smartphone. I'd say that the enthusiasm is her personality and, yes, she got into unexpected situations. Like getting stuck with her then bike's burnt clutch plates on a mud road in Iran. Being a woman is a big advantage as she is not perceived intuitively as a potential threat - something that men always have working against them.
The two lakes were the Final Jeopardy question on 7 March and because of you, I knew the answer! Pity I was not on the show though!
Knowing Spanish seems like a HUGE plus when traveling in C.A.
It was even when I lived in Los Angeles. I am noticing here in the USA that being bilingual is a real help when going for jobs these days. Even here in South Florida where I live now we have a huge population of Spanish speakers. I should have paid more attention in high school Spanish class.

Lovely curiosity you share with us all, how lucky are we?! 💯🤙🏼😁Just love when your VolcanoGeek bubbles to the surface. The verdant area reminds me of the similar lushness found in the hills and mountains of Puerto Rico! Ya gotta go, Noraly! Similar Spanish architecture as well, that Church reminding me of the oldest one in Puerto Rico, San German, 16th century I believe. The same facade, many more steeps steps leading up to the Church. I know, I’ve climbed them all! 💪🏻🤣🤩👍TY again Noraly.
"There's absolutely no one here. I am the only one." Which is true for 90% of her rides. Alaska was 🎶🎶ROCKIN' 🎶🎶 on the boat. Noraly Versus the Volcano! Cool video thanks, Noraly! 😎

20:56 What you had at the boat is call Vigoron, is a traditional Nicaraguan dish and sometime is served on banana leave, main ingredients are Yuca, Cabbage and Chicharrones ( Pork rhymes chips).
Noraly is in her comfort zone, exploring, backtracking, being comfortable as a local inhabitant.
Should have know more volcanoes were in her travel plans. And best of all, no touristy places!
I love that there are no tourists ☺️. Beautiful countries in Central America.
@@feather1950 Yes those countries in Central America are beautiful. I would have never known, if it weren't for Noraly's fantastic videos. I would love to visit that region someday. Also the countryside near that huge volcano in Costa Rica (near the dairy farm where she stayed), was an incredibly beautiful place!
I stayed in Granada in 2009 on my way to Ushuaia. When I asked at a hotel if they had somewhere safe to store my bike, they said yes, just put it in your room! The one thing I haven’t seen on your border crossings were the hoards of “ayudantes” looking to help me with the paperwork for a fee.
My wife and I have followed you from the very beginning and I just want to say a early million subscribers congratulations !
I miss Granada and La Laguna de Apoyo so much! It’s just how I remember. Thank you so much for sharing this!
Noraly, you are a Master Navigator! I realize you use GPS, but to follow the correct trails through the Outback is nothing short of miraculous! The imploded volcano is a new phenomenon to me. And, the city of Granada is very beautiful and seemed very peaceful as you traveled through it. You boat travels never get easier. The rough waters always make an amazing adventure. What have you done with all the documents that you continuously accumulate? You must have a tremendous library if you have somehow managed to retain all of the paperwork! Thanks for another installment of your adventure in the Americas! Ride safe Noraly!
Thanks for the ride 👍🏻😎
So interesting to see the imploded crater with its warm lake, Eduardo was a big help pointing you in the right direction, it was worth all the searching around the edge so that you could go down and test the water. Such interesting architecture and colors in Granada! That must have been a really rough ride across Lake Nicaragua to the island because the bits that you did film were scary! Thank you for another unique adventure Itchy Boots!!
Of course there are better road to Granada but she likes off roads!!
Somehow monday, wednesday and friday were getting my favorite days .....Thank you 🤩
Noraly what I love is that when you enter a country we learn a lot from its history and geology. Well done you fabulous!
I love your videos. Soon you will be in Canada. I live in Nova Scotia Canada. I also motorbike and I am 77 yrs old.
Oh thank you Noraly! Such a wonderful little adventure today. My favourite parts are always your delightful interactions with the locals. You are such a gem and it is not surprising that you elicit smiles from everyone you meet. So grateful for you:)
Almost one million,,,, following you since delhi with basanti❤️❤️❤️
Noraly loves her volcanoes!! I love when you show the architecture and history of all these towns that I know I'll never get to visit. Go into some of those churches and historic buildings - interesting. Loved the ride.
20:53 that's Vigoron, a local food, you're eating boiled Yuca, fried pork skin (chicharrón),fried pork beef (cerdo frito), with salad (repollo, tomate, cebolla, remolacha) only thing left is the Fresco de Cacao, and yes I'm Nicaraguan
Absolutely love how you take your time to discover every little thing you can about each country you visit.
Haha I knew it! I knew she was going to be terrified on that boat. I was like “noo! don’t take the boat take the ferry” We are pretty wild in this eccentric but beautiful country.
What beautiful and rural scenery today that was very colorful. I see it was round up
Hi Noraly, at 20:51 that staple snack is called vigoron. It's made with boiled or sauteed casava (yuca in Spanish) and pork rinds or sometimes pork wrapped in banana leaves. It is actually pretty good. P.S. --- ALMOST TO ONE MILLION !!! WHOOHOO
Good morning Noraly! Colorado would love to see you and my guest house has a place to sign your name. Grand Mesa with 300 lakes and trails galore waiting to explore. Come my way!!!

Noraly, Great video as usual; all the fruits in the garden were spectacular. Waterfall was absolutely gorgeous, I’m hoping you paid Vanessa for helping you see all the rocks? Thanks for sharing, you truly are an ambassador, to me the human connection is so important as you globally explore.
I come to watch a motorcycle travel show, and I get sea sick. Thanks Noraly!!
I carry at least 2 six foot winch straps, sometimes four. If you break down they can strap your bike in a truck, or on a boat. Those local guys with thier ropes are okay, but winch straps work much better and dont stretch as much. Its an other item to carry, but is a life/bike saver.
Estupendos videos, la traducción a español genial, buen viaje hasta Alaska
Once again, Noraly, your use of music is second to none. That song you played during the boat trip was perfect!
It takes me hours to watch your videos in Latin America since I have to write down your Spanish conversations and practice, since I am planning to travel to those places when it is safe! Love your attitude!
You found your way to one of worlds most beautiful places, exciting to see. There’s no people there because we where chased away in 2018. Thanks for this glimp of the lagoon.

Wow - what a bouncy, wavy boat ride to the island! So many fees to pay to get where you're going. Happy you have made it to the island with Alaska intact. Looking forward to the sights of the places you visit. Many thanks.
So many fees. True. However, since there's about 36 Cordobas to one US Dollar, when you see a 25 cordoba charge, think 70 cents. :-)
Son impuestos como en todos lados y super varato. Hasta la estadía. Saludos
That's Lake Nicaragua. It's one of I believe 2 lakes in the world with fresh water sharks in it. It's quite a place to go to.
Hola Noralys, que lindo toda esa experiencia que andas viviendo, y por medio de tus viajes y videos estoy conociendo muchos lugares, eres muy valiente te admiro mucho. Things really got nautical on the voyage to the island. Rock and roll. 😬
Ah - "Volcano Girl" - I blame you for my (very) late uptake of ADV motorcycling (on a Himalayan of course, after finding your videos of travelling in India and beyond). At 70, I only ride my Ducati occasionally but just love getting out on back roads on the Himalayan - with rhe occasional overnight camp. I will never be strong or fit enough anymore to travel like you, but the joy you bring by documenting your travels is immense. So many of us look forward each day to see what you will be up to next (that is, what new Volcano you will be visiting 😁). Also, the people you meet along the way restore our faith in humanity. Thank you for bringing this all to us.
Good luck in your travels in Central America and in your future trips and "Via con Dios".
