I did talk about this back in 2020 when I made my first collection tour video series, but for people who are new to me and my channel, you wouldn't know and it probably seems really strange, right? I guess it is something I'm just so used to that I forget that some people would have no idea why. When I moved into the house I'm in now I didn't plan on staying long. It came unfurnished, so I needed furniture but didn't want to spend loads on things I would have to deal with when I moved again. It just so happened that at the same time my sister had lots of furniture that she needed to get rid of or put in storage. I said that I would take them and paid the moving van costs. This was cheaper for both of us. She got rid of furniture she didn't know what to do with, and I got something to sit on in my living room! The drawers are not what I would buy for myself but they came in handy to store things out of sight when I had visitors. I just ended up buying more and more manga and putting my BL in them. It means I can still use my living room without putting 1000 volumes of BL on display! It is coming to the point that I wil need to buy a bookshelf though! I hope that answers your question! TL;DR I got the drawers for cheap and haven't bought any bookshelves yet.
🎂 !!!
❤❤❤ what a great haul and late happy birthday 🎉
Thank you! 🤗 My June haul will be even worse! (BETTER?)
I'm curious why do you keep your manga in drawers and not on bookshelves?
