I'm rly stressed rn, my mom said she is kicking me out when I turn 18 (I'm 15 rn, I'm using my dads laptop rn 😂) she said she is not kidding, at first I thought she was, but I believe her. (I think parents should give us half a year or so, that way I can get on my feet, but I guess that's just me) I have a lot on my plate as it is, I am going to take my drivers permit test soon, and I have to get a job right after that, but on top she said she is kicking me out at the age of 18 (I don't want to sound ungrateful, of course I appreciate what she does for me, but technically my dad pays for everything cus she doesn't have a job) your videos help me out a lot, your voice is so soothing and comforting (and maybe cute) :) and they help me take my mind off things. I rly like listening to more wholesome audios (I don't rly like the spicy audios, I'm 15 so I shouldn't listen to those anyways, plus I'm christian, so I cant be lusting) your videos calm me down, so I want to thank you so much :) if anyone has any helpful tips or something let me know. all I know is that Jesus will put me in a place that's safe, he will carry me. 1: Get at least 6 hours of sleep a night. 8 is better but 6 is a start. 2: Work out. It helps a lot and will help you get your mind off of these things. 3: Hang out with your friends often. Along with developing good relationships with your friends. They're your main source of fun and will be there for you even in times of need. 4: Slowly stop listening to these audios. It will help a lot. 5: Meditate, it will calm you down and you'll not have to be addicted to these audios. Hope this helps and good luck with your journey brother.
