- On Monday morning, three people accused of murdering Florida rapper Julio Foolio appeared in court. During the brief hearing, defendants Sean Gathright and Isaiah Chance waived a speedy trial, while Alicia Andrews did not make a decision. Born Charles Jones, Foolio was shot and killed in June in an ambush attack while celebrating his birthday in Tampa.
