Lord Cameron, former British Prime Minister, so I suspect that's why he's in the house of Lords. They all seem to take that road, although most of them are Knighted. So far, Cameron, Blair, and Brown are only lords. As far as Nigel Farage, I'm sorry, Stu, but I hope they keep him down under. It's thanks to him that we have to endure Brexit. Great video, as always. Thanks.
I agree with the comment about building an area without building infrastructure. I once considered retiring to a wonderful lake front area in mexico. It turns out a lot of americans were retiring there. Now i’ve read mexico didn’t build up the infrastructure and one road jambs and blocked up sewers is not a problem. I’m sure internet and consistant electricity are also problematic.
LOL --- Jane and I took the same photo. On another note you should visit Irueste and give us a story on what it's like. Visit the bar with the local administration. Work might drive me to run a small town bar in Spain 😂
Hi Stuart, I like your walking vids through towns big and small through different regions throughout Spain but i was wondering why you have never done some travel vids to the Pais Vasco? Is there a reason why? The Pais Vasco has some wonderfully scenic towns and superb gastronomy. It's a no-brainer.
Another tried and tested way to get people off benefits and back to work is to raise the level where income tax starts to kick in (e.g. in the UK tax starts after the first £12,570 earned p.a.). This proven strategy would apply to most Countries except those that have (successfully) changed over to a flat-rate tax system, e.g. Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and many more. Imagine the hoards of costly Civil Servants made redundant by such a move!
Do immigrants get employment benefits? It would seem illegals wouldn’t but legal immigrants is something different and they would have to take an offered job.

Generally watch your videos later in my day. Mr. Stu, you are good-looking bloke and muy 'simpatico" but your facial growth does you no justice. Joke, of course, hair and facial hair styles are up to the wearer not observers. But hey dude your broadcasting to a public so public spectator opinions come with the role.
Thanks stu and good day to all!

Cutting off your benefits if you turn down a job fitting your qualifications been standard operation for decades in the Nordics!
As long as they don’t expect a nurse to pick up a job in the local supermarket..😁 needs to be a similar job
We were down in Huelva two weeks ago and it was still shorts and Tshirts, travelled down from Santander to Huelva.
With regard to the thumbs down, I'm glad you're not put off by negativity as you can't please everyone. Keep up the great content.
Thanks Stu!

Hi Stu saying thanks for your channel just managed to listen and comment Dave Birmingham
Spain should have a "re-croqueta" to take back their food!😸
What happens if you live in a small village in the mountains with inadequate transport if you turn down a job in a bigger town?
Is valencia on water restriction? I haven’t heard that. A little dry but restriction is more so.

Yes, riots and protests are different.
Stuart, they are working and collecting unemployment benefits !!!!
So will this only apply to Spanish citizens, what benefits will the so called migrants receive? Not going to end well

I can't understand people who think recipes are sacrosanct and should never be changed. I love to mix ingredients in new ways.
The Spanish have never been known for moving with the times.

For what it's worth, I couldn't care less.
