from my view central fundings mostly went to central ruling party ruling the same party in the northeast where these people gain most improvement. for mizo we control little central funding and it is all gone to corrupted officials so everything coming in is locked in the state itself and people use this for their personal gain. and this is the reason central dunded i.provement roads and i frastructure is very weak in mizoram
