English Lyrics: I will praise you with all of my being - I will thank you, again and again, For your limitless grace - so forgiving - And your love, which no words can explain. Lord, I offer my life as a love-song to you - Scored each day, to tell the world my story; And in days filled with joy, or with sorrow and pain, My life's song will be sung to your glory. You alone, Lord, are worthy this honour, And deserving my life's symphony; Og i Himmelen skal lovsangen lyde It will last throughout eternity! Lord, I offer my life as a love-song to you - Scored each day, to tell the world my story; And in days filled with joy, or with sorrow and pain, My life's song will be sung to your glory. But, should anything silence the music, Or bring toneless, and jarring discord; Great Composer return, orchestrating, Cause my life yet to sing for my Lord. Lord, I offer my life as a love-song to you - Scored each day, to tell the world my story; And in days filled with joy, or with sorrow and pain, My life's song will be sung to your glory. Lord, I offer my life as a love-song to you - Scored each day, to tell the world my story; And in days filled with joy, or with sorrow and pain, My life's song will be sung to your glory ( I think these lyrics are for the original version of this song, not sure if it applies to this artist's version)
Kjempefin sang!
@@monicahkimeu570 Tusen takk! Oh Lord, I offer up to thee my prayers. I wish to give thanks with my praise. For thy grace is without any limits, And thy kindness and love - endless. I will give my life to thee through my prayers. Every note that I sing is in your honour. And when days are filled with light or with grief. I will live each one in your honour. There is no other one that is worthy. This song, O Lord, is yours. And in Heaven this song it will be sung In your honour for ever more. I will give my life to thee through my prayers. Every note that I sing is in your honour. And when days are filled with light or with grief. I will live each one in your honour. And if my song is sometimes hushed. Troubled by discord and strife. O Lord, you opened up my eyes And gave me peace of mind. I will give my life to thee through my prayers. Every note that I sing is in your honour. And when days are filled with light or with grief. I will live each one in your honour. I will give my life to thee through my prayers. Every note that I sing is in your honour! And when days are filled with light or with grief I will live each one in your honour! Jeg sier ikke at det er riktig tekst. Jeg skrev Engelske versjonen å prøve, å passe melodien...
@@GarnetsWeb thank you. I thought I would take inspiration from your good self and try my hand at translating. I'm learning Norwegian so it is a bit of a challenge.
@@mark1226 I'm learning Norwegian as well! If I'm being honest the translation I posted was from Google 😅 so, that's why I'm not completely sure of its validity. I think the google one is more of a literal translation.
@@GarnetsWeb I tend to use Google translate if I'm not sure of a word and more as reassurance that what I have in my head makes sense when I translate it from English to Norsk. I can write a simple sentence, but my vocabulary is limited and I'm still trying to get my head round some of the grammar it's similar to but there are differences to make it awkward - the V2 rule for instance...

"Et nytt bud gir jeg dere: Dere skal elske hverandre"... Ikke det jeg har sett mest utad. Leveregler, ritualer.
