- In this edition of our Spotlight Series we visit a Black Sea resort on the Bulgarian Coastline, throwing the spotlight on the Cook's Club Hotel.
Sunny Beach is major seaside resort on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, located approximately 35 km (22 mi) north of Burgas. Created in 1958 as a weekend getaway for Bulgarian families, Sunny Beach has grown to become the largest tourist and vacation spot in the country. Today, the area contributes significant part of the province's annual gross domestic product. Initially a small beachside resort, it has grown to include a large variety of recreational activities and services, gambling establishments, as well as sports and music venues.

Hey there! Thanx for watching! Honestly it is a bit loud as they have a DJ at the pool playing all afternoon & evening, but with that said doors are pretty sound-isolating & heavy so if you close your terrace door it shouldn't be that big of a problem ;) I do recommend it as the location is great - close to the beach & all the important beach bars & clubs! Hi. I really love the decor and the look of cooks club hotels and am thinking of booking in Corfu. Just worried that as I am a bit older than the clientele the hotels are geared towards am I going to find myself amongst a loud drunken pool party every day? Thanks
Yes the one in Bulgaria was definitely geared towards the young party crowd, but in all honesty the Corfu one might be totally the opposite, as there is an altogether completely different crowd visiting the island ..... so I would suggest - go for it - enjoy the décor & bohemian modernism of this hotel!
