- Today, I'm going to review the first-ever non-alcohol beer on the channel, and it comes from the Boston Beer Company, and it's their Samuel Adams Just The Haze. This is basically a non-alcohol New England IPA that is brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Sabro and Cascade hops. I've finally decided to take the non-alcohol beer plunge, as I'll most likely be posting a few non-alcoholic beer reviews per month, and I'm starting with the one that most of my beer friends think is quite good. I'm not sure what to expect from this adventure, as I don't know much about the non-alcoholic beer world, but I'm sure we'll have a good time and learn some things. Let's see how this one is!

I like this beer. I'm genetically alcohol intolerant so its nice to try a Sam Adams non-alcoholic beer that taste similar other Sam Adams beer. It tasted good to me and I'm sensitive to things so this beer does taste strong to me..
Sorry about the alcohol intolerance, but I'm happy to hear you enjoy this one. To date, it's still one of the better NA beers that I've had.

Joe, great review and much appreciated. Every couple months I take 3-4 days off drinking and have been playing around with N/A beers.Last month I tried Athletics Free Wave Hazy IPA and it did not suck. I've heard really good things about the Sam Adams you just reviewed so I'll try that next time I go dry. Cheers amigo !

Yeah, I think diving into some NA beers is something I've been wrestling with for a while, so I figure reviewing a few each month when I don't want to drink alcohol -- or maybe have a regular beer and NA beer on the same day -- makes sense. Thanks for mentioning the Athletic beer, I'll put it on the list. I hope you dig this one. It honestly surprised me how good it was, all things considered.

budweiser zero and milkshake IPA NA
Thanks for the recommendations! I probably won't review Budweiser Zero until I review the regular ole' Budweiser. I'll see if I can find a NA Milkshake IPA.

Nothing wrong with an NA once and awhile. Ones that I would recommend would be Paulaner Weissbier NA and Clausthaler Lager. Nice German choices I think you could find in your area. I also had a really good NA juicy IPA from Untitled Art but not sure if that would be over in your neck of the woods. 🍻
That is precisely what I'm thinking, Dan. Thanks for the recommendations, dude! I'll keep my eye out for both. We do get some Untitled Art NA beers here, so I'll look for that, too. I'm thinking I'll review one of the Athletic brews soon, too.

Years of liver abuse has led me down the NA trail... This is one of the best I have tried so far... going to be my summer brew!
I'm sorry to hear that, Douglas, but glad you've been trying some NA beers. This is definitely the best NA IPA I've had. Just delicious! My other favorite NA beers I've tried so far were from Untitled Art. Their Chocolate Milk Stout and Lychee Sherbet sour were really good.

It's The Beer PaTroll, baby ... did you expect anything less than a long ass rambling NA video? LOL! I just wanted to take the first few minutes to explain why I'm reviewing some NA beers, and ask for suggestions, since I know nothing about them, honestly. It's like getting into craft beer all over again!

this NA tasted like water.. but I am a IPA drinker.. this is nothing like an IPA.. Athletic Brewing come much closer IMO
It's a shame you didn't enjoy this one. I prefer this slightly over the Athletic's Free Wave. Both are solid, IMO. Thanks for the comment!

LOL! I had O'Douls once back in my 20s and I hated it. I see all these new NA beers and they sound pretty good, so no harm in trying them out, especially with the issues I've had the last 18 months. I just hope there are some more good ones out there, haha!
