I never realized how much of a big change in cancer treatment there has been, but it's only been a few years since ipulimumab as approved for use. Also, it's striking that the same mechanism, immune suppression or enhancement, can be used for autoimmune diseases. Chemotherapy is pretty nasty so it'll be nice if it is superceded by strong immune modulation treatment.

Some with auto immune diseases can not take take immunotherapy
