Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. On Dementia Care Hub I share useful general information about dementia caregiving. Some of the ideas may work for some caregivers some of the time, but I can’t cover every scenario. And surely, I am not trying to convince anyone of any particular strategy. The idea is to experiment and find what works best for you. My ideas are just thought starters and examples of some things I have seen work for some caregivers. Thanks again for watching. All the best!

Good info. I am having balance problems, veering right, left or backwards. I also bang into doorways often mostly with my shoulder.recently I’ve stepped back in church and fell over into a pew, tried to transfer from one chair to another and feel between them, and lost balance and feel while gardening. Please respond. What’s going on here?

Fell. Not feel. I know better! But lately I’m also misspelling words I’ve spelled correctly my entire life!

Balance problems can be caused by any number of issues/conditions. Check with your personal healthcare provider - physician or physical therapist. They can do a full evaluation to determine what’s causing your challenges.
