Could show more about the tip and the way it feeds. I can see this being usefull for cladding, not for roots, personally though.

Ok now, how are you doing that? looking at the output power/resistance on the tig or are you doing that on the side DynamicPen? I still think the stick light is 2nd coolest tech you have come up with. 1st would be cmt on a robot doing pin boards with control over tip formation.
