Uploading from my PC, 11 secs video length - the default quality is dire. Not a patch on the original. So then I changed the UA-cam download settings, to 2160s 4K, and youtube hasn't finished processing it for well over 30 mins. Will it get there in the end? I still seems alive, and doing something. Maybe it will work better, if I upload it direct from the phone.
