When I hear this song, it made me forget about my past away wife.
I was scrolling thru and happened on this. Beautifully sung! What was especially notable was when she sang in her native language. Gave it a special meaning. I loved this version as I did Linda's fabulous version. Many thanks for listing this version.

I never tire of listening to this rendition of Blue Bayou. She has a very lovely voice and I loved the switching to Hawaiin and she has a fantastic backup group, Wow.......nice guys. The backdrop just lifts one's spirit together with beautiful music.
This rendition brings chicken skin effect on me. I love the grace of her sways and the Hawaiian verse got me all up in my peace and serenity feels. I don't understand it, but the effect it has got me all calmed and refreshed!

Congratulations to Faith and her backup band, they did a beautiful, great job on one of my favorite songs by Linda Ronstadt "Blue Bayou". It gave me "chicken skin" moments throughout the song here and there then they added in our Hawaiian language, made it more touching, even more beautiful, so lovely to hear, will never forget it, so heart-warming to my ears, love it, that acoustic instrumental picks in the background really brought it home, my goodness, so proud of all of you, keep up the good work, would love to see this group in person, does anyone know where they are playing, play on, play on, love it.
