Rich Million Yes. Some trees have coconuts but they are not native to the area. The cocos that are native produce clumps of small round fruit like mini coconuts which contain no water.
Now this is the kind of terrain I like. It looks like a settlement out in the middle of nowhere and a very good bug out location.
