In response to the new Bakunin change I think the biggest buff was they they now can do multiple things at almost no decrease compared to grrls and other nice units so you have to really respect what they could be bringing almost like a vanilla faction
didn't they did mostly the same to Corregidor? It looks to me like they want for some sectorials to have access to almost everything their vanilla have... (I'm still on two minds regarding hacking network capacities in Aleph... atm the Greek have the same as OSS and vanilla thanks to the quirkiness of AVAs and Pandora not being available on vanilla. Of two minds because Corvus is perfectly capable of removing the pitchers from ASS troops in exchange for some useless stuff)
It's not necessarily that she's overpowered, but she's a hyper mobile stealth repeater with forward deployment. For the same points as a heckler fast panda she can *probably* get hacking area to the same number of places but persists and is hard to kill and is a repeater even if you're going second. Basically, she takes the game nomads loved with Morans, and either lowers the SWC cost or expands the footprint. I do, definitely, think she's balanced at 23pts. Not an auto include. But good, and fun, and I've already seen some banging lists using her.
and after that I'm understand that you have no dead corpse for opponent classified, which is really strong, I guess it will have an effect on game, let's see
In regular ITS scenarios there's no real way to exploit this, although it's a nice thing to have for Countermeasures for example. You can accomplish most of the same goals by just taking a lot of dogged or NWI troops rather than going 100% all in though.
