Definitely worth getting if you want something new and inspiring. The veneer will probably peel (due to the age/glue) but other than that they not hard to look after.

what strings are you using? I have a 4 string version. can't find resources for which strings to use for it.
I have both the soprano and an alto....I just got strings from Japan via Ebay....they aren't cheap, but it seemed like the best option.
