I was patient of the pioneer of this, Dr sarno in early 90's. My backaches went away soon after meeting w sarno. However I suffered w all the other usual symptoms. But when I watched Doc, All the Rage, found Nicole in dec 2019, finally found the key to healing. She saved my life. I relentlessly messaged Kelsey to book Nicole. Hope that's why they did. Hope the world knows Nicole. So many other great healers in this community

It also hit me that if I didn’t have chronic pain, I’d have no more excuses to not become powerful and do the work I’m really supposed to be doing vs. my day job.

The day the pain started, is the day the music died.

I underlined the point dr sarno made in each paragraph. I then made flash cards with these points. Through repitition these points sank in. Healing back pain saved my life. These points must sink in and the unconscios is slow to learn.

Your so right about being a 5 year old journaling. I have used unacceptable language in mine. And of course I was just sad and angry. Thank you for being so truthful. I am in my 60s and I have finally come to peace with me and the outside world.❤️

When she mentioned constipation and stomach pain as a kid…and being type A, I thought, “Uh oh!” I have had IBS-C my entire life and growing up, had HORRIBLE stomach pain attacks regularly. I am also very type A and a perfectionist. I’ve had a headache since the first of 3 neck injuries starting on 10/1/1995…nonstop. I’ve been to over 110 doctors and healers including the Mayo Clinic. No one has been able to help me. More recently, I developed back pain and got an inversion table, which IS helping, but I can’t help but feel it’s a bandaid. For many years growing up I wrote a dairy every single night….lots of pages of pain on paper. I regret throwing all of them out back many years ago as they were too painful to reread. Now, to complicate matters, I have also been killed by my neck in a few past lives. So, it’s past life trauma mixed with trauma from fighting parents in this life. I’ve been accused of having anger issues, but it’s not just anger.

Wow Nicole, all this stuff you are saying is spot on! I have severe back pain, have 5 prosthetic joints, multiple autoimmune diseases, FMS, IBS, GORD. I was a nurse and very embarrassed at having so many ailments. I couldn't work out why. I see it so clearly now, after listening to you here. Where do I get more about your journal tool & education to heal.
    Regards, Toria.

I'd love to hear is Kelsey does the program and how it affects her stomach issues. I've had gut issues since childhood and now am like Kelsey where I have sibo and life is just trying to manage it daily.

HI Kiley!!! Its Kels - honestly.....the biggest thing that helped my SIBO was stress management 😩 (still working on her) AND working with a Naturopath at Spark Health to do an actual SIBO protocol. Hope this helps!!!!! sending you love....I know it's not fun...we're here for ya x

Hi I’m reading your post two years ago you commented on a UA-cam with Nicole being interviewed regarding TMS. I am that total type a person constipated since a kid and now I have Sibo Which makes everything 100 times worse. I’m wondering if you ever got help with these conditions doing the work with TMS. Would love to hear from you hope you’re doing better thank you

@@mariamenounosI’m two years late and watching your video interviewing Nicole though I do know her work just learning the last month about all of this. I do have chronic pain but I also have constipation since a kid and got Sibo two years ago, I just have never got it under control. Mine is methane and it just shuts down the motility curious what protocol you did and if you ever got relief. I’m currently trying again the oregano, high-dose Allimax pro and Atlantil. Wondering what you used what your symptoms were and if you did get better. I am not having fun lol on and of course the good old low FODMAP diet I’m getting sick of. Would love to hear from you thank you so much.

@@lindapelle8738 hi Linda, I am sorry to hear you are dealing with these issues. I haven't done nicoles work but actually just looked into journal speak again this week. ( maybe this msg is my sign that it's the right path haha) I do follow a few channels regarding tms and have been trying to create safety in my brain and remind myself that my health concerns are caused by my brain and that I can heal. But I have anxiety and ocd which is where the fear and stress come from and I have a difficult time even noticing when I'm engaging in obsessing thoughts and compulsions to be able to practice not engaging. I like Nicole's work bc for me there is alot of negative beliefs and thoughts that I feel are the root of my anxiety so just meditating and not engaging in the stressful thoughts doesn't help. Sorry for the long reply, please reach out if you have any questions as I've gained alot more understanding of issues and alot of advice from tms coaches and success stories.

I read Dr Sarno’s book in 2017 and my sciatica went away within 2 days after 6 months of suffering.
I went through a divorce 3 years ago (and I have a toxic career) the sciatica came back on the other side.
I purchased Nicole’s course and started journaling, it was helpful!.
I also purchased Dr Joe Dispenza’s course which was also great!
I hired Dr Schecter a TMS Dr who also had TMS himself, and Dr Sarno helped him.
Dr had me order an MRI to rule out structural damage, still waiting for results. I’m not worried about the results, I know I have TMS, I’m a type A and the pain moves around my body. Lots of digestive issues since childhood.

Dr sarno removed his phyical therapists and concluded that the solution was only mental. He would not tell people to get accupuncture or to see a chiropractor . He would tell you to bull through it without fear.
