"High of 7 with a low of Antarctica." Yep, mood.
"As you can see over here on the east coast... F**k."
Had me dying. Mostly because I wasn't expecting him to say that.
I’m from the Midwest, our weather is “yes, we have that”
Hot? Yes.
Cold? Yes.
Warm? Yes.
Cool? Yes.
Covering yourself in dried leaves to mask the pain of living in the Midwest? Yes, yes and yes.
I live on the East Coast, we have 6 months of winter, 4 months of not winter, and 2 months of sorta winter.
@@markchapman7771 I live in Nebraska where we only have two seasons; winter and road construction!
@@achaldevrukhkar3557 Don't forget stepped out of the frying pan into the freaking oven hot and holy crap when did I get to the North Pole cold (I know you mentioned hot & cold, but man can it get toasty then turn you into an ice cube here in the mid-west) :)>
Yes we do. I personally love all 4 seasons in one week. Let's you know you're alive.
In Sweden when it's 7F (-14C), we say: "No mosquitoes today."
I'm from western Kentucky, and we have a saying about our weather: "Give it a minute"
We have the saying 'if you don't like the weather wait 5 minutes.' In Texas. Especially during the spring and fall.
I’m from central Kentucky and that’s definitely the same across the board
Jacob Wells...here in New Hampshire we say the same thing because it's true.
Same with NW Arkansas and SW Missouri
You and literally everyone else in your climate zone.
“Your drinking Corona yeah Mexico, well not anymore now they make in Colorado. Who’s taking jobs away from who ahahaha” lmao love you fluffy 💕😂💕

I don’t understand why California needs a weather person - its either warm, hot or damn hot
I'm from Texas and I honestly don't know why we have weather men or women. They be like 5% chance of rain today and a flash flood happens or 70% chance of rain then it is HOT and HUMID all day without a cloud in sight. I tell everyone you should keep an umbrella and a jacket in your car because you never know with Texas weather.
ikr, just one of those chilli pepper indicators for spicy food *today's weather is... 2 peppers*
Or on fire, literally
@@williamrosen3179 or both, like today it was 106 and there's fire everywhere

-“What’s it gonna be tomorrow?”
-“Ahhh…!” Cali weather, in a nutshell
East Coast weather: - “What’s it gonna be tomorrow?”
- “Wear a bathing suit and a parka; bring an umbrella”
As a New Yorker, this is accurate.
Bring some snow chains for the tires too, the car is gonna carry it anyway.
I've been to So Cal before. Nothing ah about it. It was hot as hell. Only place, in the US, I've been to that you could legit say watching the weather channel is not necessary is in Hawai'i
And apply both sunscreen and bugspray.
It’s 70 almost everyday lol but right now it’s been high 80’s ! Our weather is amazing
I've been in -40° quite a few times in Canada. You don't have to say Fahrenheit or Celsius because the two scales cross each other at -40°. You can use your garage as a deep freeze and make ice in 20 minutes out the back door. Warm it up before you put it into a drink though because there's a kinda mini explosion when they're that cold.
@ScAnDeLeZ Very nostalgic. I lived in Northern Canada for a few years in my youth along the polar bear migration route.
Windchill is a bit misleading though. It's what it would feel like at that temperature with no wind. -40° isn't as cold as it sounds if it's completely calm. Add a bit of wind and it's a TOTALLY different experience.
I remember we used to measure "windchill factor" in Canada and at 2400 schools would shut down. The unit was something like calories lost per square inch on bare skin. Something like that. A distant memory.
I'm from North Dakota, seen -40 with a windchill of -80. Froze the engine blocks solid.
@@thadofalltrades Me too. I lived in Winnipeg and Churchill. I know what it's like. A distant memory thankfully. I moved to New Zealand 40 years ago. It never gets down to 0°C or hotter than 28. 😎

My grandma was Puerto Rican and I can confirm the fast talk. She even talked fast in English.

I’ve been watching him since Last Comic Standing. Growing up anytime his specials were playing the whole house stopped what they were doing to watch him, finally seeing him next month for the first time! Thank you Comedy Central for giving him the opportunity.
I've also been watching him since LCS. Would love to see him in person! Did see Josh Blue in person not long after the show ended. He's also really funny! I think those two were roommates on the show.
I remember when he was on All That (I seem to be one of the few who does).
@@AdamYJ I was born the year it started, honestly I do remember seeing him looking back now but at the time I made the comment I never realized the connection

Love Gabrielle. He is hysterical.
Yes, he is. We just love him, too.
He really is an AMAZING comedian!
I once stayed in a hotel in Montreal Canada in the winter. There was a restaurant a few hundred meters down the block. We didn't make it. I have never been that cold in my life.
From Jersey, was camping with the Boy Scouts near my house in winter for a leadership training program. It was so cold the bucket of water we had next to the bon fire to put out the fire froze solid.
I saw a weather report several years ago where the jet stream dipped all the way into southern California. Los Angeles had a high of 40 something. Me here in Ohio was thinking, "I bet those people think they're going to DIE!" 🤣
I also can remember being in Long Beach and hearing the meteorologist use the word "icky" to describe the smog levels.
Several years ago thanks to some insane weather northern Florida got snow. For reference my friend who lives there said she had never gotten snow at all in the past 25 years. People around her panic bought out everything in grocery stores because they thought they wouldn't be able to go shopping at all. It snowed like an inch and it was gone in a few days.
People who aren't used to cold and snow lose their minds when they get it.
@@ChaosDragon my grandfather used to live in Jacksonville. He took a picture of the snow he got, a whopping 2 inches! 🤣 Few people believed me. A teacher even insisted it was just white sand because, "It doesn't snow in Florida."
That reminds me of this one episode of _King of the Hill_ where they got a light snowfall in Texas and everybody was freaking out like it was the end of the world. To me, a guy living in Wisconsin, that was the single funniest episode of the entire series.
I have the same thought about all those cold weather States experienced heat waves 😰
🥵🌞🌞 I don't think I'll ever be able to handle snow I'm too used to 100° weather 🌡️🏜️ nice and toasty.

I’ll be honest, I like being warm more than I like being cold. That being said, I live in New York, so my definition of cold is prolly around 30-40 degrees. Without wind, you’d find me in shorts at 36.
I love his laugh
I used to think it would be awesome if Gabriel ever came to Michigan, but 7 degrees with a light cloud covering is swim trunks weather here. I also don't think he'd make it the venue. He would be able to see where the venue is from his hotel, but the roads would be blocked off for miles around it due to the construction detours.
Same.
Winters in Montreal are not survivable without a jacket made for Antarctic weather. 😂
Wisconsin. Getting to the late bus after sports practice and a shower, my hair would freeze. Oh yeah, and it was dark at 4:30pm.
"who's taking jobs away from who" got me 🤣 👍💯🔥
In Chicago, 40 degrees is shorts and a jacket weather.
You're not lying, either.

Winter was a bit more reliable in Upstate NY growing up in the 80’s. Generally cold and snowy with a week to two week break in February for shorts and a jacket.

What a great imitation of a woman's voice!
I'm from Maine where our motto is "If you don't like the weather, wait a minute" cause we are the jet stream's bitch.
And the old timers like my dad, will snowblow the yard during highs of 15 degrees in shorts and say 'it's just a little nippy'
The wind in Maine are the worst it could be 50 degrees outside and feel like a frozen tundra
This is the same motto we use in Missouri. I've seen us hit all four seasons in a single afternoon.
I live out in western NY. We are slaves to the lakes
I used to live in Buffalo and worked in a room with desk to ceiling windows. One morning, at 9AM it looked like 9PM. When our boss came in and said so, we said ,”Does that mean we can go home?” Summer commute was 15 minutes. Winter was half an hour, a an hour with an accident or an hour and a half if rubberneckers caused another. I had an interview scheduled for the day after we had an ice storm. Our tree broke in two and fell neatly behind both vehicles so I couldn’t get out. The person’s response when I told them I couldn’t make it because it was gonna take 3 hours to break it up enough and I couldn’t go around it? Well, everyone (who lives right down the street) is here.
Funny enough, Antarctica can be about as warm as the northern tips of the continent on a good day lmao. It’s -30 up there rn!
Oklahoma: Just wait five minutes. You may not like it, and the wind will still blow, but hey at least it's 100 now instead of 37.

I was in the marching band my first year of college in Michigan, and during one game, it was so cold we had to pour rubbing alcohol into our valves and slides to keep them from freezing up. And don't ever let your gas tank get below half full in extreme cold weather.

There can easily be times in Chicago's winters that people will be wishing for 7 degrees! And that can go on for weeks!
Oklahoma weather can be summed up in this sentence: Roll the dice and see what you get. It's 31°F today (December 22 2021) and is supposed to be 80°F on Christmas Eve.

And hurricanes.
I did a few years in south Georgia. Y’all have weather.
@@dr.floridamanphd We do, but it's not good weather. It does what it wants.
5° feels warmer than 20° because your face goes numb and you can't feel it
Yep
That’s not a good thing!
I used to listen to a shortwave station out of Quito, Ecuador. It's on the equator but it's up in the mountains, so it goes up to like 70°F in the daytime and down to 45°F at night°-all year round. You want it a little warmer, you can go down the mountain a bit.
I was stationed with a guy from San Juan, PR. He said if you want cold weather you’ll have to go up on the tallest mountain at night during the winter. Maybe you’ll see your breath. Maybe.
That weather sounds perfect.
Northern New York forecasts be like “So up here in Alex Bay, we have a projected snowfall of 3-4”, Old Forge will have 2-3”, Watertown will have 24-48” overnight, and Syracuse will have 1-2”.”

Have to plug you vehicles in so your fluids don't freeze in Alaska. Beautiful state.
Minnesota January and Febuary. 45 days of -30 degrees, That's just the air temp. If there is a slight breeze wind chill will drop it to -60 degrees. At that temp you can throw a glass of water in the air and watch it freeze before it touches ground. True story
This is actually scary in Celsius 🤣🤣🤣
As an east coaster, I like to say that we "experience the seasons" :)
I'm from Rochester NY and I can confirm the unpredictable weather here. Something people may or may not know is NY gets wind storms several times a year. If the weatherman says it'll be "cooler", expect to see fallen trees somewhere and get a tornado warning. If its " a warm 70 degree day", its really more like 80+ degrees and humid af. Often in summer, you have humid sunshine with some bulky clouds and its pouring rain. We've got sweat til ya melt or human icicles, take your pick.
I spent most of my life in San Francisco, which at that time had a seasonal variation of approximately 10°; 65° and foggy in the summer and 55° and clear or rainy in the winter. I love having basically the same weather all year round. When I lived in Bangkok; the same was essentially true-hot season was horrible, hot and sticky with lots of smog; rainy season was absolutely torrential; cool season, finally barely.
If you lived near the water, it was always a few degrees cooler. I've stayed in Pattaya several times. I just learned to stay inside from about noon to six (go to a movie, get a massage, sleep . . . ), then step out on the balcony around sunset . . . Wonderful!
I found it to be the other way around. Growing up in New Jersey and New York, the weather was quite predictable. Winter was cold, Spring was warm, Summer was hot, and Autumn was cool. California was disgustingly hot the majority of the time and then on the occasion would go bipolar and then drop to freezing with no warning.
Meanwhile in Texas…high chance of melting as soon as you walk out the door
Welcome to the Arizona Summer, and probably other states.
In Florida it's a high chance of immediate cremation.
at least it's not Mississippi and you drown as soon as you walk outside.
I've got a heat tolerance to the point of not really noticing heat in the 90s as long as I'm not in full sun , so I'm wondering why I'm coming inside drenched in sweat as I make a bee line to the fridge to start drinking water after only doing about 20 minutes of yard work or checking on the chickens. And then I remember it was hot and humid outside, I'm just at the point that I don't really notice it.
@@jonnyofalltrades6620 I thought Arizona was hot and dry?
Texas is hot and humid due to weather from several directions, we got the heat off of multiple deserts like you, but we also have weather off the coast to make it humid.
Or in winter freezeing to death
4:30 that Corona joke
Well, unfortunately in 2021, California is on fire and it never stops raining in the east coast. Crazy.
You are the best, Fluffy! Always such a positive attitude, and so funny!
This guy makes me feel warm inside ^^
Which is probably a good thing if you're on the east coast.
That better have been a damn good steak.
Dec, Jan, Feb, we don't use the freezers much in Minnesota. Just have the item in a box outside works. Numbers go negative and you still see a packed drive threw at Dairy Queen (this is back in the day before they sold their hot menu). Fun when you are a kid, school gets canceled it is so cold here or to much snow. As an adult with any sort of replacement surgery or arthritis, you really start to think about becoming a snowbird or just moving south permanently.
I went to school 6 years ago in PA and it was -11°F cuz we had to make up snow days and it was so cold the buses engines were frozen so it took almost 2 hours to get picked up it was not a fun time 🤣🤣🤣
That’s because they didn’t put in an additive to keep the diesel from freezing.
But they shouldn’t have had to do that until it hit -17.
Used to work as a bus driver and felt every part of this comment
I love all the different v weather comments. I'm from Cape Town South Africa and we all think we know more about the weather than the weather man. We can quite literally have all four seasons in one day and a guy I knew long ago said that Cape Town was like a baby, it was always either wet or windy.
He said Corona and in this era my brain thought the virus.
Though when they were originally reporting about it I was thinking of the beer. 🤷♂️
I'm from PA and I totally get it 😂 we get down in the negative teens in the winter
I remember a few years ago in PA when I mowed one day and it snowed the next. Gotta love it.
I live in Northern Maine. It is 70 degrees and sunny here!
August 10th- August 20th.
We have Fall, Winter, Blizzards, Mud Season, Black Fly Season, Spring, August and back to Fall.
I am literally sleeping in a tent while it’s 15 degrees F out. He is right about NY weather.
I was once at the denver airport waiting for my ride, having flown in from phoenix. It was about 60 degrees outside and someone obviously from the same flight and a native simply couldn't stop shivering. "It's so cold!!" Scottsdale's population about doubles when the snowbirds arrive and you can always pick them out in a crowd. They're the ones in shorts and t-shirts while the natives wear long pants and sleeves and maybe a jacket.
I’d like to see a video of him playing Chicago in the winter. 😂
I've got that seasonal thing where you get a bit depressed during the winter due to not getting enough sunlight, for me the depression part gets overshadowed by my body telling me to hibernate. So add that to my heat tolerance from being born & raised in Texas and low cold tolerance and I'm quite sure it = can't survive any northern than Oklahoma.
The last one was sooo freaking good
In Canada is so cold that the refrigerator keeps the food warm.
I've never seen this bit. Great, as always.
"We gonna leave it in till monday" 😆😆😂😂
We've had a Blizzard in my hometown in New York in around 2005 - 2008. (Was living there before I moved into my own apartment.)
It was like the Blizzard of '77 in Buffalo. Right now, we got the temperature that's as cold as a blizzard, but not much snow!
Actually, the last time we had a heavy snowstorm in my current hometown was a couple years ago, with snow that goes up to your knees and ice as slippery as cooking grease on a road!
Now we only have a half an inch of snow and barely any ice on the streets!
EDIT: NOW we have the deep snow again. Just as I remembered it. Ugh…

Yesterday on the radio there was a bit on the news about the NHL winter classic. An outdoor hockey game in Minnesota.
Ok, no big deal so far. And then the reporter said something I never thought I’d ever hear: “they are going to have to heat the ice to make it playable.” WHAT?
I’ve heard of it being too cold to play outside, but if you’re bundled up, how does the ice get so cold you can’t play ice hockey on it without a heater?
I love his lady impression lol
I'm from Acapulco, currently living in Cali and the weather is very similar.
I spent three years in Alaska as a member of the American Armed Forces. I spent winters in a tent. Sometimes it was -50°. But it was cool. We had furnaces inside the tent that kept things about 30° or so. Sounds freezing, but when it's that cold outside, 30° feels balmy!
